🍃 Territorial fragmentation, dissposession, and violence against cross-border indigenous peoples and nations. The report (2021-2026) brings together the voices of the Awá, A’i Cofán, #Andwa, #Siona, #Siekopai, #Achuar, #Shuar and #Wampis nations, peoples who predate the states of #Ecuador, #Colombia and #Peru. It documents how extractive expansion, militarization and illicit economies threaten life, territorial integrity and self-governance across the Andean-Amazonian region. These threats, along with criminalization, are spreading across shared river basins, while state responses remain fragmented and borders act as gaps in protection. In response, the report calls on states to adopt #urgent prevention, protection, and reparation measures, agreed with Indigenous authorities. It also urges the @IACHumanRights and @UN Special Rapporteurs to establish international monitoring with verifiable recommendations. Read and download 👇 🔗 amazonfrontlines.org/chronic…
