I feel like @Apple knew their “doesn’t ring for unknown numbers” would make it impossible for these awful customer service callbacks to ever get ahold of you. @JetBlue should be embarrassed. Cancel a flight 2 hours before takeoff and won’t even answer the phone to rebook :-/
