There's a lot of screwy behavior in the video of Ross Bjork and Lincoln Riley having a "disagreement" last night after the USC-OSU game. Fines, suspensions, whatever -- the Big Ten needs to get this right and send a message throughout college sports.

Freddie Freeman says his 69 year old dad still throws him batting practice everyday and says the hour they spend together is worth more than any amount of reps with a real pitcher or coach
“He’s 69 years old and he still throws. The last two years he goes, ‘Freddie, I’m not very good anymore.’ And I said, ‘Dad, that’s not the thing. It’s not about that. It’s about the hour we spend together.’”
“I’ll figure it out in spring training. I hit every day there. I just want to hit with you. This is our thing. He thinks he’s not very good, but I think he’s great.”

Internet vanished during the 2nd half of the Browns game. For the sake of language, that was probably a good thing. But I'm going to do something that most fans don't know how to do: Praise the opponent. McCarthy had the Steelers prepared and Rodgers still has fuel in the tank.

Today, on what would have been his birthday, we remember David Ogden Stiers (1942 - 2018), M*A*S*H’s Major Charles Emerson Winchester III #ClassicMASH
People have been debating whether Jared Verse should have talked smack about the Steelers and whether it was his place to represent the Browns that way. Myself, I think it was high time that someone took it upon himself to stand up for the team, front and center.
I could go on and on about Alan Alda, all in admiration. He is a national treasure.
Alan Alda says he went public with his Parkinson's because sooner or later some article was going to come out full of syrup.
He means the version where his family is worried and his friends don't know what to do. He calls that nonsense. He was exercising and taking his medicine, and he was facing it. To him reality is a friend. You can't wish it away, so you accept what is, and if there's a chance to change it, you'd be foolish not to try.
A lot of people keep a diagnosis quiet until someone else tells the story for them. He told it first, in his own words, with no pity attached.

I'm going to fall asleep tonight. I know that for sure because someone my age cannot possibly make it through 36 sleepless hours.
It's going to be hard to motivate Jeremiah Smith to do anything other than try to avoid an injury for the rest of the season. A lot of kids in his position would probably just walk away. It's going to be interesting to watch.
According to my TL, everyone in the OSU football program sucks except for Jeremiah Smith and the Hayes Center janitor.
Honestly, I haven't seen Matt Patricia on the field at all, let alone missing tackles or blowing a coverage assignment.
Several OSU kids seem to play the way many Buckeyes fans think: All they have to do is show up and they'll win.
Were I Ohio State's QB, I'd just take my chances on every play by throwing it in Jeremiah Smith's general direction.
