I'm not sure what what developments are taking place at Dice World, but I eagerily await them as long as the update isn't to port things to the Unite platform which doesn't seem to work with braille dispalys.
Initial TestFlight version will be sent out later tonight (Pacific Standard Time). This version will have some accessibility bugs, so please only install if you are willing to put up with some initial pain :).

New braille bug in iOS 16.3. When Pressing space with 4-6 to invoke the Notification Center, the Bluetooth connection between the phone and braille display drops. This seems to be effecting all displays. Workaround it by invoking Notification Center with gestures.

Are Braille Bugs Biting You In iOS 16? Here Is Some Bug Repellent To Help helenkeller.org/hknc/bug-rep…
I mean, ok, but not if you use a Brailliant or Mantis Q40 display. Those new e-Readers being distributed by NLS? Nope, not those either. Chameleon 20? NOPE! So I guess it's not fun for everyone, is it? I guess it is for me, but that's because I'm on an iPhone.
This is a decent written summary of some of the new changes, but punctuation grouping and the rotor options for things like the Dot Pad already exist on iOS 15.6. Not on the SE 2 or 3, but on any of the later flagship phones.

Updated to include further descriptions of the braille bugs and also workarounds which may provide clarity regarding the severity rating of braille bugs.

If you're a #Braille display user you're probably familiar with the Brailliant line of displays. We sat down with 2 representatives from HumanWare to learn all about their new BI20X and BI40X models: braillecast.com/podcast/e026
Did you know the first regularly-captioned TV program was PBS's The French Chef in 1972, a cooking show hosted by the famous Julia Child? Now you do! Bon appétit.
Kudos to @mgh_id for providing a soothing & accessible (and oh so Boston!) distraction to those in today's waiting room: @GBH on TV ✅ Captions turned on ✅ Note telling people NOT to turn captions off ✅ Julia Child calmly making pâté (in an often anxiety-inducing environment)✅
