Too bad there isn't anything remarkable in the night sky that would inspire me to wish upon. A majestic bright light, for example.

There is a full moon in the sky. Just more proof that random things happen. Everything is pure chaos.
Viggo Mortensen and Matthew McConaughey both got theory starts in inferior Texas Chainsaw Massacre movies. That makes me happy.
I'll take this over contemporary grief/trauma/identity therapy horror with generic one-word titles. 3 1/2 adipocere pits out of 5!

Saw this in the theater when it came out, but I was on some strong psychedelic substances and don't remember it very well. I know it's supposed to be terrible, but Im gonna watch it, anyway. 😆

Ozzy Osbourne, tongue out and eyes crossed, showing off a bowling ball in New York in 1977. Photo by Richard E. Aaron, who remembered the shot coming from a record company party thrown for Ozzy after his show at The Garden.
This was the Technical Ecstasy era. Black Sabbath's seventh album came out in October 1976, recorded at Criteria Studios in Miami, and the band toured it through 1977, with AC/DC as support on the European dates. Behind the scenes things were coming apart. Between late 1977 and early 1978 Ozzy left the band for three months to work on a solo project his father had named Blizzard of Ozz, before returning to record Never Say Die! in Toronto. He was fired in 1979, and with Randy Rhoads and Bob Daisley he went on to turn Blizzard of Ozz into one of the great solo debuts in metal.
Ozzy was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame with Black Sabbath in 2006 and as a solo artist in 2024. He played his final show at the Back to the Beginning concert in Birmingham on July 5, 2025, and died 17 days later, on July 22, 2025, at the age of 76.
🎸 Ozzy took the name Blizzard of Ozz from a title his father suggested. Did you ever see Ozzy with Black Sabbath in the 70s? 🎸
Eddie Vedder and Dave Grohl ruined everything.
TIME Magazine’s October 25, 1993, cover explored the rise of angry young rockers like Pearl Jam.
BITE-SIZED FACT | By the early ’90s, grunge had moved from Seattle’s underground scene into the mainstream, giving voice to a generation’s frustrations and fears. #90s

AC/DC was always two brothers at its core, Malcolm and Angus Young. Here they are backstage in 1983, minutes before a show, warming up together.
A casual blues becomes the intro to “Hells Bells.” No frills, just the synergy that built one of the greatest rock bands ever. We lost Malcolm in 2017.
