Across our entire portfolio, we see enthusiasm for adopting Anthropic's products at levels we have never seen before.
A new paradigm of building is upon us.

Hi T. Scott,
When I speak with companies in the [Industry] sector, the biggest surprise is usually the gap between what they currently pay and what Company’s scale provides.
I’d love to learn how you’re managing your PEO today. Even if you’re happy with your current setup, it’s often worth a quick look at a side-by-side comparison to ensure you aren't overpaying for mid-market benefits.
Do you have a window of time next Tuesday or Wednesday?
Chris asked a fair question about upgrade logic.
The logic is pretty simple: the longer someone has had their robot, the more wear and tear it has, and the more work it takes for us to bring it up to Serene performance — reducing noise while keeping cleaning efficacy exactly the same. This is atoms and any HW that's used for more than year will require far more rigorous testing and upgrade than HW that is a month old.
Candidly, We considered offering one flat upgrade price, but it just wasn’t feasible. As we’ve mentioned before, Matic may look the same on the outside, but internally we’ve made many changes over time to improve quality and reliability. On older robots, bringing them up to Serene performance can mean replacing the entire vacuum stack along with many other components affected by wear.
Customers who’ve had their Matic serviced before have probably seen this firsthand. We often upgrade parts they didn’t even ask about, and for many early adopters we did that at no charge when we were addressing reliability issues.
That’s really the reason the upgrade cost varies with the age of the robot.
I'm excited by a new, quieter @maticrobots but this upgrade pricing structure makes no sense. If you purchase Matic at the old $1,095 price your upgrade price is more expensive? This seems to punish early adopters and is just a mechanism to recoup revenue.
What's the logic here @mehul?
"Existing owners can upgrade their Matic for the difference between their original purchase price and Serene’s price of $1,695. Matic has seen several price increases since it launched. The current model costs $1,495. However, someone may have purchased it for $1,095 when it first launched, meaning the upgrade could cost $600. That’s probably a tough sell."

Peak SF night: crashing random panels with @ScottPatterson0
I recently talked about AI and the military, then did a hot take panel on robotics with @antopatrex1.
We are currently at an all time high for access to information and intelligence, and an all time low for critical thinking.
Dangerous place to be

If being successful requires 1000’s of decisions/actions to go your way, it wasn’t luck
