I'm quite impressed with Cupertino. Episode 2 has quite a kicker; reminds me of an episode of the Good Wife: Bitcoin for dummies - makes sense as it is the same creative team.

It would definitely make for interesting and tragic car accidents.

Such a disappointment of a show. The best parts were Jonathan and Martha Kent.

Fake "Culture Warriors" create content about the "Culture War." They piss, post and podcast all day about how "Woke" everything is, and obsess over "owning the libs." Meanwhile real Culture Warriors are: Painting Sketching Making films Making theatre Playing concerts Doing stand-up Practicing scales Sculpting statues Visiting museums Dropping albums Publishing novels Publishing comics Taking scene study Practicing at the barre Funding conservatories Etc They're posting and podcasting about how to make and market their work, offering artists awards and prestige, and developing the next generation of giants. A Culture War isn't won by bitching about politics. It's won by creating Elite Culture. And society will be better for it. Insane how many people don't get this.

Many may not know the character, but I literally host a conversation about King Faraday and Checkmate years ago: youtube.com/live/gIipbtXLYOk…
no one knows that character, so I believe it

The first season that I pitched was 12 episodes, 6 two-parter mysteries on various planets in the DC universe. Sinestro was training Hal Jordan. Second season was serialized, but formatted as stand alone episodes until episode seven when the events of episode six came together to reveal a larger plot. What I was toying with at the time was a War World story where heroes and some lanterns from other worlds were being kidnapped by Mongol. Season 3 was planned with the Man Hunters taking over and enslaving a sector of space (and expanding outward) after a species reactivated one to stop a war on their planet. This season would show Sinestro making very questionable choices which would lead to him becoming the Oath Breaker in season 4 and putting Hal at odds with Sinestro for that season, leading to season 5 with Hal as a solo Lantern. Was thinking about Carol Ferris becoming Star Saphire in that season for an episode or two, but that one was going to be a bit more Earth bound with Hector Hammond and introduce some other GL villains. It was all very basic one-pager seasons, but it got some interest from the right people, sadly not enough to pull the trigger and make it a show.

Couldn’t say for sure. But even when I was pitching a Green Lantern show, there were a lot of notes for Earth bound stories. There were mentions of ManHunters but I had them as a season 3 conflict out of my 5 season pitch.

It could be narcissistic behavior, and/or he could be taking the wind from the sails of the frauds that claim to be 'opinionated entertainment news outlets'. Others may hate it, but I enjoy bad rumors getting squashed early.
James Gunn DEBUNKS any hype people may be having this week for DCU Batman By comparison, Feige never runs online to debunk marvel rumors and sometimes the rumors drives traffic and attention for your brand But Gunn is like "nah, look at me" Narcissist behavior Allegedly #firejamesgunn

Just in time for #Halloween it’s the riveting suspense of The Hairy-Handed Hitchiker. With myself and David C Beeler in a scene here.
