In Baidoa District, Bay Region, the Somali Child Welfare and Rights Watch (SCWRW) jointly participated in a stakeholder-led El Niño awareness and preparedness campaign conducted under the Child Protection Working Group (CPWG) and led by the Ministry of Women and Family Affairs. – at Somalia
