Travel baseball has become the Wild West.
Young ages: development and reps.
Older ages: exposure and recruiting.
Instead, you’ve got coaches going after umpires, parents chirping opponents, and adults losing their minds over 10U pool play games.
The kids aren’t the problem.

The sophomore righty was quite impressive in relief getting ahead with a fastball up to 82 mph, while finishing hitters off with 12/6 action and depth to his curveball.

Leadership isn’t a title.
It’s a practice.
Like yoga, like music, like martial arts — leadership is about showing up, facing friction, and growing with others.
