#save9 – at Kerry, Ireland
Kerry Ind TDs @danny_healyrae & @MHealyRae addressed protestors from The Hairdressers Council, including Kerry-based salon owner, @SeanTaaffeHair. Hairdressers say their industry will be damaged by the 4.5% rise in VAT. @radiokerrynews @rtenews @IvanYatesNT @cooper_m @PatKennyNT
Big thank you to @MHealyRae and all who stood with us at yesterday's protest at the Dàil as a stand against the VAT increase in the recent budget!

Delighted to stand with @SeanTaaffeHair today outside the Dáil, the increase of the 9% VAT rate will have a detrimental effect on Hairdressers throughout Ireland. Government do not have any regard for small businesses who are great employers throughout our country.
