We're bringing the Kaspa community together in Nigeria on November 7 to celebrate Kaspa's birthday! 🇳🇬💚
We're raising a small amount through Kaspa Coffee to cover refreshments and basic logistics for the meetup.
Every $KAS helps ☕👇

Kaspa. Yonatan Sompolinsky (GHOST co-author with Aviv Zohar) co-designed GHOSTDAG, enabling its live 10 BPS pure PoW blockDAG since the 2025 Crescendo upgrade. Ethereum adopted a GHOST variant for uncles and later LMD-GHOST in PoS, but the high-rate PoW realization has drawn limited direct attention there beyond the shared academic roots.

The community has spoken! After an open vote lasting more than 12 hours, donors chose Aveiro. I covered the remaining amount, and the StagHunt campaign reached its target. The funds will be used to take the Kaspa Rally Car to the Aveiro MotorShow Rally Stage on 5–6 December 2026.
Attached is a copy of the Aveiro MotorShow entry form, dated 26 October 2026. The KAS funds are held in the kas.coffee/kasrallyteam wallet, where the community can view them.
We’ve achieved our goal: getting the car racing this year and giving people the chance to see it in person. Thank you to everyone who made this possible!

Excited to be pitching an idea for veryfiable product data at our annual ETIM Forum next wednesday. Supported by @KaspaKii
Claude Opus 5.5 High: "A mistake on my part that you should be aware of: While investigating the cause of a 503 error, I accidentally exposed a Program-A file in my output. That file contained the private key of the Encryption-Program on Server-1."
😒 ...at least it told me.
But does it always tell us?

Focusing on ETIM and Digital Product Passports next week with ETIM in Spain, the presentation will be made public afterwards. Then releasing the Kaspets educational toy in to the wild. Other projects are continually moving forward as expected.

I wanted to test if a Solana program with no source available could be pulled from the chain and reverse engineered into a byte identical open source version
So I took the daosfun contract and did just that
Found a critical security vulnerability in the mainnet program too, oops!
All smart contracts can be perfectly reverse engineered now
There is no security by obscurity anymore

We owe you an apology.
On October 20, we detected unauthorized access to our official website. After verifying API activity with Shopify, we confirmed on October 23 that a third party obtained customer shipping information. You trusted us with those details, and we're sorry we didn't keep them safe.
Exposed: names, contact details, shipping addresses, and order details (items and prices).
Not exposed: payment card or bank details, recovery phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
We've blocked access, fixed the vulnerability, opened an investigation, and are emailing affected customers.
Scammers may pose as Keystone by phone, text, email, or mail, offering refunds, replacement devices, or "fixes" for your order or address. None of it is from us.
NEVER share your recovery phrase or private keys, and NEVER enter your recovery phrase into a device you didn't order. We will never ask for them. Don't click links in unexpected messages. Type keyst.one yourself.
A detailed report is coming soon.
Until then, trust only our official channels. If anything feels off, email [email protected]. We'd rather hear from you than have you take a chance.
Again, we're truly sorry to everyone affected.
Hello, Kaspians! 🏁💚
Today we tested the new ECU tune on the Kaspa Rally Car, and the difference I felt was huge: much more low-end torque and a much sharper response!
Before, the engine only seemed to wake up at high revs. Now it pulls from low revs all the way to the limiter. When left-foot braking, as soon as I release the brake, the car pulls straight away. We’re still fine-tuning everything, but today’s testing definitely put a big smile on my face! 😁
Tomorrow there’s more work to do: adjust the hydraulic handbrake and realign the car, reviewing the rear camber and toe to make the rear end more predictable when it starts sliding.
I didn’t push too hard today… this clutch has definitely seen better days 😅
If we manage to complete the StagHunt, it’s going to be a real race against time: remove the gearbox for an overhaul, replace the clutch while it’s out, and strip down the differential to switch to a 4.44 final drive. Even with the 3.91, the gearing still feels too tall for what we need.
Every test shows us what has improved and what still needs work. We’re getting closer, and none of this would have been possible without you.
A heartfelt thank-you to everyone donating, sharing, helping and continuing to believe in this project. 💚🏁

An interesting finding from Silentpartnercoding’s investigation into NACHO.
A mint transaction from September 2024 was confirmed on Kaspa, but never appeared in Kasplex’s KRC-20 records.
Kasplex says the omission was intentional. Its original archive lacked older transactions needed to calculate certain fees, so affected operations were excluded.
The researcher has now asked whether that historical rule was ever formally documented, so independent indexers can reproduce the same results.
Kasplex has clarified the rule, but hasn’t yet pointed to an earlier specification in the GitHub discussion.
No Kaspa L1 vulnerability has been demonstrated.

Today we are introducing KaspaDollar, an initiative led by core developer @asaefstroem to build the first decentralized stablecoin on the $KAS network.
The developments around @kccforum and the Toccata hardfork have considerably widened what Kaspa is capable of. Capability alone, however, does not make an ecosystem. Decentralized finance requires a unit of account that holds its value, and until Kaspa has a stablecoin of its own, every application built on it will remain dependent on assets issued elsewhere.
The design we intend to follow is the decentralized, overcollateralized stablecoin: a pattern whose security properties have been examined and tested across the industry for the better part of a decade. With the support of the core team, we consider the conditions right to bring it to Kaspa.
Realizing this requires development, an independent audit, further research, and the operational work of taking a protocol from specification to production. To fund it, we are opening a fundraiser with a target of 5,000,000 KAS.
Contributions are made directly to the fundraising address published on the website. Should the target not be reached by 1 January 2027, every contribution will be returned to the address from which it was sent.
Up until that point, this account will share the plans, details and progress of the work as it develops.
Defense in depth, being alert and swift, and the internet will come out on the other side, stronger then ever before.
