Has anything changed in Nigeria?
June 2013:
“The number of Nigerians living in poverty is increasing significantly, revealing a perplexing contrast between the nation’s economic statistics on rapid economic growth and minimal welfare improvements for much of the population, the World Bank has said.”

The only people seeking to intimidate the electorates are the homegrown terrorists dealing in counterfeits, adulterated drugs, alcohol, and beverages, who are mostly supporters of the ethnic power-grab agenda of your candidate, Prof. The entire country knows what your campaign stands for, and we will resist it. You are merely in the disinformation arm, and the only people you can succeed at confusing or brainwashing will be the idiots. 2027 is here, and the people will vote freely, ensuring power never slips into the hands of the unpatriotic who see Nigeria as a disgraced Nation. Your Rag Doll will never become President. 🇳🇬
It’s public knowledge that this person is very stupid & inherently so too, but taking it to this level, it has gone beyond just being stupid or mere stupidity. This individual & the race or tribe he represents are operating under a terrible kind of a curse. This is unbelievable.
It is the shamelessness of these people coupled with the audacity with which they go about it. Another annoying part is, they don't seem to have elders with any modicum of decency left. All of them think and act alike. Embarrassing to say the least.

Just listen to this grossly dishonest fellow. Was that the question the woman asked? She specifically asked if she was appointed as reward for his membership of APC PCC, why do you always swim in so much dishonesty and hypocrisy, Seun?

All these long gramar to defend the indefensible and to justify the madness of executing a couple accused of "indecent or immoral act inside a mosque". How insane can we be as a people to want to defend this madness? So much talk about religion of peace.
Many people have tagged me to this news. I have gotten a lot of questions in my mentions. I understand why the punishment feels too severe for you.
We live in a secular society where matters of the flesh are seen as private issues. It is normal to struggle with this news. I get where you are coming from.
First of all, I want you to separate a regular sin of fornication from the specific details of this event.
Think of it this way: Think about a highly classified military installation or a sovereign border zone. If you trespass into a regular private farm, you get a warning or a fine.
But if you bypass security warnings and trespass into a restricted military black site where the sign clearly says Lethal Force Authorized, the guards will shoot to kill.
You are not being shot because walking is a crime. You are facing lethal force because you intentionally breached the ultimate red line of the state. The integrity of that boundary is more important than your life.
This is the reality of what happened here. This is what the Haram of Mecca is. It is not just a city. It is the most sacred sanctuary on earth. It is a divine sanctuary with extreme boundaries. You can hunt an animal anywhere else in the world, but in the Haram, you cannot even point at a bird to scare it.
You can clear a forest in your country, but you cannot pluck a leaf or uproot a plant in the Haram. You cannot carry a weapon. You cannot pick up a lost item on the floor unless you are actively looking for the owner to return it.
There is also a deeper theological nuance to this. Mecca is a spiritual amplifier. We are taught that one prayer in the Haram is worth a hundred thousand prayers anywhere else. But that scale does not only weigh good deeds. When you bring a major sin into the very heart of the sanctuary, the weight of that sin is equally magnified.
If this exact act had happened in a private hotel room outside the Haram, or other non-sacred places in Saudi Arabia, the punishment would have been entirely different. Islam conceals sins done in private human weakness and standard laws of jurisprudence would apply.
But when these individuals, identified as Nazrul Islam Abdul Basir and Siti Akhtar, bypassed thousands of hotel rooms to bring a sexual act right into the public mosque, that is public defiance.
It is an intentional desecration of the sanctuary. It is an open rebellion against the boundaries set by the Creator. The law is built to protect the sacredness of our spaces.
If the ultimate sanctuary is not fiercely protected, the religion loses its core boundaries. The ruling is very severe, yes. But it is there to ensure nobody ever thinks of defiling the house of God again.
Allah knows best.
So, this is for you. Despite all that happened in Kenya, William Ruto is still the president. If you like, burn down your region in Nigeria. At the end of it all, people that will die would have been dead but Bola A. Tinubu GCFR will still be president. Just think & think again.

A 1965 Parliamentary debate on fake drugs reported by UK Hansard.
Note that they were already producing fake drugs and Onitsha market had a central role.
The Ibos in 1965 were not interested in stopping their merchants of death then, instead they turned it into an ethnic issue.
The question is how many millions have the the Ibo culture of the worship of money eliminated in 60 years?
How long will Nigerians allow this to go on?

This is AI there's nothing anybody can tell me. I know for sure that Ọ̀gbẹ́ni Ràúfù Arẹ́gbẹ́ṣọlá will not be foolish or cursed enough to utter such nonsense. Nígbàtí tí kò sínwín, tí kò ya wèrè. @raufaregbesola except there's no God in heaven anymore. You'll be put to shame

Even if anyone in this world should troll the yorùbás, it shouldn't be a bandit almajiri or now. Haba! Are you people this shameless or is it just lack of depth and or character? Which of the core northern states will you vote for someone that does not speak Hausa or Fulfude? 🤡

After al-Minuki, Joint Army, DSS, Amotekun Operation Kills Another ISWAP Leader Planning Terrorist Attacks
By: Zagazola Makama
An intelligence-led operation by a combined team of troops of the Nigerian Army, Department of Department of State Services (DSS) personnel, and Western Nigeria Security Network aka Amotekun officers, at the weekend in Owo forest, Ondo State, eliminated a senior leader of the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP), Abdussamad Ohida.
Security sources said Ohida aka Anwar, who was on the verge of planning massive terrorist attacks in some southern states, was killed alongside many members of the terrorist organization by the security forces who led a surprise attack on their forest hideout.
According to the sources, the eliminated ISWAP leader previously served as deputy to ISWAP Central Nigeria leader Abu Ikrimah, also known as Abu Uwais. Ikrimah was arrested by the DSS in 2023.
Following Ikrimah's arrest, continued the sources, Ohida assumed leadership of ISWAP activities across parts of North central and southern parts of the country, where he subsequently played a key role in the planning, coordination and execution of terrorist operations.
Through the interrogation of Abu Uwais, continued the sources, the DSS was able to gather credible intelligence on plans by Ohida to
attack innocent persons during the forthcoming Yuletide.
"The plan was to attack civilians during the festive period and ultimately disrupt the 2027 general elections. This Intelligence was corroborated by intelligence partners from the United Kingdom, who supported the elimination operation," offered one of the sources.
He said Ohida planned and executed the 31st December 2025, invasion of Ipele Divisional Police Station, Owo, Ondo State, carting away right AK-47 rifles before bringing down the station with an explosive. He mentioned the 28 July 2022 Suleja–Zuba Road, Niger State military checkpoint attack in which several soldiers, officers and civilians were killed.
He also blamed on Ohida, the July 11, 2022, attack on Kuje Correctional Centre, Abuja; the 23rd April, 2022 attack on Ogaminana Police Station, Adavi LGA, Kogi State, which resulted in the death of five police officers, and the February 7, 2022, attack on Okene Area Command police station.
"The terrorist planned and executed the 24th December, 2020 attack on a Naval checkpoint in Okene, Kogi State, which resulted in the death of two naval officers, not to mention the several attacks he launched across parts of the country," he added.
"We may not immediately realize it, but the elimination of Abdussamad Ohida represents a significant disruption to ISWAP’s leadership structure, operational network and expansion efforts in central and southern Nigeria.
"Ohida's elimination, coming a few months after after the killing of ISIS leader Abu Bilal al-Minuki, is a very big blow to ISWAP’s efforts to expand its operational presence in Nigeria, and underscores the growing efficiency of our security services," he declared.
In this his 2021 post, Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour @GRVlagos insulted, disrespected and disparaged Pst. EA Adeboye and he think he will ever prosper or amount to anything in yorùbá land. Even the ground you walk on will conspire and work against you.
What hatred, bitterness, envy, jealousy, anger, animus, cynicism, rancor, gall, bigotry and you just name it will do to the people of this particular cursed region. By the time they realize it, it would have been too late. Just continue, the day of reckoning is almost here.
