Watch out New York: massive health insurance premium spikes are on the table for 2027. Our conference is urging DFS to reject the proposed hikes, and prioritize affordability for New Yorkers.
Families across New York are struggling with rising costs of health insurance, and another round of steep premium increases will only worsen that burden.
I joined my colleagues in the Senate Republican Conference in urging the Department of Financial Services to reject these massive premium hikes proposed for 2027 and continue to put affordability first for New Yorkers.
