I think we are having a translation issue. The 10 cards for engineering crew members are in their own deck, face up. The top card being available for purchase. The same for Comms crew members. The 10 cards in their deck would be shuffled and placed face up. Same for tac crew.

I think there’s a slight rule being missed but I do think it will work! I hope you have fun! Thanks again! Ty

No problem! Crew can be played in ANY system! (Anywhere) But each crew type is in a face up deck by itself in the market. That way you always have one of each type available for purchase! At the end of a turn you get the bottom row of abilities on system cards…

You do play play with each crew type in their own face-up deck (tactical crew separate from Comms and Engineering) so that there is always one of each crew type available. I’m sure what you did there will work but it will also limit you options more than I intended :)

With small creators (in the boardgame space) my experience and that of my friends has always been that it at pays for the event and some extra after the show via word of mouth, interest, etc. I’ve had some artist tell me they can basically make a living just selling at shows
