New Castlevania was really fun. I enjoyed it a lot. Exploration felt great, loved the different weapons, getting the legendary ones usually felt very satisfying. Plenty to criticize I think of course. Why did they do Brauner like that. What the fuck
Art direction was different of course. I didn’t dislike it by any means. But I really love Ayami Kojima’s work for the series so much. I personally wasn’t feeling the soundtrack too much, but when you have to compete with SotN and the DS OSTs, that’s gonna be tough.
