Had a great time celebrating our 8th grade students from @SequoiaMiddle today! This has been a challenging year for #teamBCSD but we have risen to the challenge. Thank you, parents, staff, and students for coming together to make the best out of a tumultuous school year!

Parent Resource:
#TeamBCSD has created amazing resources for students and parents. Here’s an SEL resource guide (English/Spanish). It contains activities, kids yoga videos, self-care for parents & tips/videos for talking to your children about COVID-19. docs.google.com/document/d/1…

This was my first group of 6th graders I had at Sequoia! Some have come a long way😱. I remember playing name games with them just so I could remember their names 😃. I’m excited for their graduation today but going to deeply miss them ❤️#Graduation2019 #TeamBCSD @SequoiaMiddle – at Bakersfield, CA
