Someone once told me 90% of your time is spent with the 10%, and 10% is spent on the 90%. Love them all but these words are so true! Next year starts yr 11 as a head coach, love my job and 100% of them. Some just need more attention, love, and help than others.

There are planned protests this evening in downtown Fort Worth near the old courthouse and near the Dallas Police Station, 1400 S Lamar Street. Expect heavy police activity in the evening throughout the area. It is best to avoid these locations.

Practice social distancing by putting space between yourself and others. Continue to practice healthy habits, like washing your hands for at least 20 seconds and staying home if you’re sick, to help slow the spread of #COVID19.
