Reflecting on this day 2 years ago. Wearing the same clothes puts the change into perspective. I remember seeing someone on that day who inspired with their wellness/fitness journey and complimenting them. Now I’m here. πŸ˜ŠπŸ™πŸ½πŸ’ͺ🏾❀️✨ #fetchyourbody2026 #weightloss

Not really, what do you think should be done differently ? Unlike other countries , we don’t have a huge number of athletes that can races. It could be an exposure or accessibility thing , not sure.

Are you not bored of the same story for every race ?

Bathong Adam!? What should we do. We don’t have a lot of contenders coz the sport is still growing lol shuthi sorry.
Unpopular opinion (popular) The SA road running scene is the most boring thing we have ever seen. Same people running every week, every race and same time, same interview.
There's a new version of this post

I love to see that more people are supporting races. Saw so many familiar faces on the side of the road yesterday. It was great

What’s this I hear about Jacaranda not having water stations and clubs only giving out water to their members???
