"Nobody cares about the members of our association more than the board members do." Brian Novotny of @setonhilllax discusses what stands out most from his board experience: a group of volunteer coaches pushing the mission forward because they believe in it, not because it's required. It’s that kind of commitment that strengthens our association and keeps our members at the center of everything we do. #IMLCACOACHES
