We've launched a petition calling for an end to the proposed new section 28 style restrictions on content in the new relationships, s/x and health education draft guidance.
The new guidance does not reflect the voices of young people, doesn't put the safety and wellbeing-
Ultimately, we need to listen to young people rather than imposing arbitrary restrictions that do not correspond to the reality of young people’s lives and thus fails to safeguard them from harm.
A recent poll of young people found 81% of young people thought consent education should start in primary school and 73% of young people felt teaching about the dangers of pornography should be taught in primary school.

In an increasingly digital age, young people are growing up exposed to an abundance of online content, much of which is explicit, misogynist and inaccurate. We recognise the challenges this poses and believe that RSHE has a critical role to play in teaching young people...
As the UK's leading youth-led RSHE charity, we uniquely understand the importance of providing RSHE that resonates with young people. Our work is grounded in promoting open and inclusive conversations about relationships and sexual health.
We firmly believe that high-quality comprehensive RSHE plays a pivotal role in preparing young people for a healthy, informed and responsible approach to relationships and sexual health.
Sexpression: UK has written to the Minister of State for Schools, urging the government to retain statutory RSHE and focus instead on improving training for educators and ensuring the curriculum is rolled-out successfully across the country to all young people.
Sexpression: UK remains committed to its mission of promoting open conversations and providing valuable resources for sexual health and relationships education.
The campaign featured collaborations with renowned experts and advocates including Dr. Naomi Sutton, star of Channel 4's "The Sex Clinic", Harun Tulunay, a prominent activist in sexual health, and Fumble, a digital charity which co-creates sex education resources for young people
