Today's Rare Pepe Lore Lesson™️ is Series 14, Card 4 - PROBLEMSOLVE by an unknown artist. There is a tag at the bottom right of the card (pepe lister) but I couldn't find any information about that name.
This is a 1/700 card with none for sale as of the time of this writing. the last sale occurred on 5 Oct 2025 for $40 USD.
Only 24 wallets hold a copy of this card and the largest controls 67.85% of the total supply (475/700).
The image of the crates of guns on a trailer can not be found online. It was cached twice by the site TinEye. The image was used as part of a post on the now defunct Chinese military-enthusiast BBS/forum that operated from 2001 to 2022 called Tiexue.net (铁血网).
The post was made on 21 Sept. 2016 by user Fox Wolf 001 with the title "Defective Chinese Type 63 rifles spotted during Vietnam exercises; PLA has already withdrawn from service (images)." The post had 118,470 readers. The image is 17208888.jpg.
The Pepe artist used what appears to be a stock image of a man in a suit strategically placed with one foot on the ground and one foot on a gun case. They colored the hand green, added Pepe's head and drew in a cigar.
It's basically letting us know that this character (the Problemsovler) is ready and able to handle any sort of problems you might have.

What's on it:
The red banner carries the name of a Fake Rare 1 one of the 500 in the collection.
The seal, top left, carries the Bitcoin block that that particular Fake Rare was issued in. So it's provenance, not a clock - it changes when the name changes because it belongs to the name.
The sweatshirt reads FAKE RARE or CAKE RARE.
When things change:

every 24 hours
The letter flips F → C → F, so a full round trip is 48 hours.
The cycle:
There are 501 places in the rotation. The first is the artist's (@JPegKillah ) own FAKE ン RARE - the art completely untouched, no seal, FAKE on the chest. Then all 500 names, each for six hours, in a fixed order. Then it comes home.
501 × 6 hours = 3,006 hours = 125.25 days.
So the plate returns to itself about three times a year. It started today at 18:00 UTC; the next homecoming is 25 January 2027.
It fetches nothing. No server, no API, no dependency. One file holds the painting, the pigment and the engine, and it runs offline forever. If every website it came from vanished tomorrow, the piece would keep turning.
