One thing I appreciate about StarkWare’s approach to quantum security is that the team isn’t treating it as a distant problem to talk about later. The Quantum Hub shows actual engineering progress:
Starknet’s STARK proving system already avoids the elliptic-curve assumptions targeted by Shor’s algorithm, protocol hash changes have shipped, and Falcon-512 account implementations have been demonstrated on mainnet. That’s more interesting to me than another project simply adding <quantum-resistant>😀 to its narrative.
But I’m not giving Starknet a free pass, either. Existing contracts still need a migration path, wallet support and key management aren’t solved just because the architecture allows new signatures, and Ethereum dependencies introduce risks StarkWare can’t fix alone.
The encouraging part is that the team is documenting these gaps instead of pretending they don’t exist.
Now I want to see that progress turn into practical migration tools that ordinary users and developers can actually rely on. Quantum readiness isn’t a badge you claim. It’s engineering work you can prove. And StarkWare has started doing that work now comes the harder part.

I’ve been looking at what @1096361BTC is trying to build, and the idea goes beyond a big #Bitcoin number. It’s about turning self-custody into a movement one where people don’t just believe in Bitcoin, but actually take responsibility for their own assets.
Here’s an interesting angle:
Bitcoin’s strongest feature isn’t just its limited supply. It’s the ability to hold value without needing permission from a central intermediary.
Every person who learns to secure their own $BTC makes that principle more real. If this community can turn that mindset into action, impact could be much bigger than a campaign or a milestone.
Your keys.
Your Bitcoin.
Your responsibility.
That’s the culture worth building. 👀

The 1.096361 BTC Crack Event has officially ended.
If you hold the BTC Event Winner emblem, you've won. You can also open the Claim menu and hit Check Eligibility to confirm.
BTC rewards will be claimable when the MBTC TGE goes live.
Don't stop now. Keep cracking for what comes next.

As we shared earlier, quantum computers cannot derive Bitcoin private keys today. But the computational resources required to make that possible are falling quickly.
In cryptography, "impossible" is not a law of nature. It is only a description of how much computation is required.
MemeBitcoin does not intend to leave this as a problem for the distant future. We are accelerating Crack participation so more of the community can take action now.
On September 29, a new Crack Event begins with a total reward pool of 1.096361 BTC.
Keep participating in Crack on MemeBitcoin as usual. You do not need to submit another BTC wallet address.
When the event begins, the Community Gauge will appear on the game screen. The Community Gauge does not decrease with every Crack. It decreases whenever an event winner is selected, reflecting the remaining reward amount.
Every Crack becomes part of a record built together by the community in the race toward 1,096,361 BTC.
If you receive the BTC Event Winner emblem, you have won. Your individual reward amount will be available when Claim opens. Each user can receive only one BTC Event Winner emblem.
The event ends when the remaining reward amount shown on the Community Gauge reaches zero. There is no fixed end date.
Detailed information about reward confirmation and the Claim process will be announced separately once everything is ready.
Crack.
Watch the remaining BTC fall.
Claim your share of 1.096361 BTC.

※ Notice: The MemeBitcoin Portal, originally scheduled to open on September 28, has been postponed while we prioritize the Crack Event. A new Portal launch date will be announced through our official channels.

@0xMiden is here
privacy on fire
Miden Mainnet has a dashboard worth keeping an eye on.
The interesting part isn't just seeing a green “All Systems Operational” status. You can actually track the network's RPC, block production, remote proving, funding service, explorer, and validators in one place.
At the time of checking, all 3 validators were healthy, and transaction proof generation showed a 99.6% success rate.
For a privacy-focused blockchain, this kind of visibility matters. Real infra progress becomes much easier to follow when you can see the network's components working in real time, rather than relying on announcements alone.

Just spent some time going through StarkWare’s Quantum Hub and this migration map is one of the clearest things I’ve seen on the topic.
Most chains are stuck in the bottom-left.
Starknet, NEAR and QRL are sitting in much better quadrant: lower exposure and lower friction.
The reason Starknet lands there is pretty straightforward hash-based STARKs from day one + native account abstraction, so accounts can actually swap signature schemes without a hard fork or losing the address.
Not fully post-quantum yet, but structurally ahead of almost everyone else.

The BTC Crack Event is almost over.
Less than 0.14 BTC is left in the 1.096361 BTC prize pool. Nearly 90% of it has already been cracked.
Over 185,000 players and more than 48 million attempts so far.
At this pace, the pool won't last much longer. If you've been waiting for the right moment, this is it.

As CZ said, AI does not need to break Bitcoin's cryptography to cause damage. Leaked data, phishing, and social engineering are already doing it.
That is the problem in front of us.
Our question is the one that comes next.
What happens when the cryptography itself becomes the target?
A powerful enough quantum computer could one day derive private keys from exposed public keys. Satoshi's Bitcoin sits behind keys like these.
AI is the threat we face now.
Quantum is the threat ahead.
The first is being fought today. The second is still ours to prepare for.
Spread the message before Satoshi’s wallet is drained.
No one enters Satoshi wallet before us.

According to @get_optimum's announcement on October 20, 2026, mump2p protocol has reached Ethereum mainnet, and a new dashboard has been introduced to display the network’s performance metrics.
Have you checked the dashboard yet?
The significance of this development is that users, node operators, and validators can now review actual data-propagation and network-performance metrics instead of relying on marketing claims.
This kind of transparency makes it easier to assess the project’s progress, strengthens technical community trust, and can help drive broader adoption by more operators.
Optimum reports that in early mainnet measurements, mump2p propagated blocks roughly 2–4× faster than Ethereum’s baseline data-propagation method and reduced variance in block reception times by 7.88×. The technology has already reached approximately 16 node operators and 22,000 validators, representing more than 1.4 million staked ETH, with the value of assets affected by this improvement stated at around $3.4 billion.
launch of Optimum Hub can be viewed as a sign that project is moving into a more mature phase of development and adoption one in which, beyond building the technology itself, the ecosystem is also given tools to observe performance and evaluate results.

Just tried Genesis on @fhenix and it was actually a really smooth experience.
Fees were surprisingly low too way better than I expected for confidential txs.
Big congrats to the team on the mainnet launch, solid execution.

. @bobbinth explained why client-side proving beats Q-Day.
We turned it into a story 🎬 👨🚀
You can't break a key you never saw , A @0xMiden Guardian never shows the key. 🔑
guardian!
PQ-secure client-side proving is one of the best defenses against quantum computers and AI-assisted elliptic curve breaks.
Say in some near future we find out that AI figured out how to reduce security of elliptic curves. What we thought has 128 bits of security actually has only 80 bits. Everyone needs to scramble to increase key sizes, which means major upgrades to protocols, apps. HW wallets and HSMs may no longer work and we'd need to build new ones, and much much more.
Same happens if a viable quantum computer appears. It may not be able to break things fast enough initially - so, we'll have time to migrate - but any protocol where signatures/public key are know to the network needs to scramble to upgrade and change its very fundamentals.
But - if we have client side proving, there is absolutely no rush and nothing needs to change immediately. The keys and signatures are never shared with the network, so we can keep using the same cryptography, same HW wallets, same HSMs etc. It would still be a good idea to migrate - but the migration could take many years, and be done much more safely.
