Webforms to @CitImmCanada @SeanFraserMP are met with a non-response. Call center agents refuse to respond to any inquiry that isnt on the priority list claiming that applicants can check the status of their application online - which is NOT true for a large number of applicants!
Complaint: @CitImmCanada @SeanFraserMP Do not respond meaningfully to clients via the webform and the client contact center refuses to take client calls leaving applicants with no way to find out the status of their application

@iamlqrakhalid why are you thanking him for Afghan people. What about the Canadian wives, kids and husbands who are waiting to be reunited with their families. Spousal applications delayed for years due to lack of processing. I know you need to kiss his a** but lets be real.
