We tested the @OmixonBio NanoTYPE HLA typing kit on PromethION. A sample with 100k reads took ~7m to analyze with the NanoTyper tool. Results look good, easy to interpret with many details. Could benefit from better confidence score in report than 🟢🌕🔴 & less complex than this:
