But Binance is neither denying anything nor accepting anything.
No one from INDIA is asking questions from Binance.

it’s not too late to resolve the issue with mutual understanding. Here are some suggestions :
1️⃣ Use past profits to help cover user losses.
2️⃣ Restart trading to generate fees that can contribute to compensation.
3️⃣ Ask users for a small 10-15% socialized loss contribution.
4️⃣ Save on legal fees by finding a solution together.
5. Start withdrawal

🚨 It seems #WazirX and Mr. Nischal has hired a new IT cell trying to drag @binance into this mess again. I clearly remember @cz_binance saying in 2022 that @binance does not control #WazirX's trading, withdrawals, KYC, etc, and that the deal was never finalized. If there's any truth to this, stop the blame game and share the actual deal documents. If you can't, leak them through a whistleblower, it's not that hard. Users will leave you and catch @binance if they are the rightful owners.
Don't fall for #WazirX emotional messages. They are simply using users again. They have a PhD in blame games.
Remember, Mr. Nischal and other owners are also super rich and unwilling to contribute their own money.
With this new IT cell, suddenly, there are hundreds of emotional and supportive messages, and everyone who barely tweeted like @BuddhaSource is now doing so.

As per Nischal, Binance is the actual owner of the @WazirXIndia exchange since 2019.
Nischal & Team were running WazirX on behalf of Binance as part of the ongoing litigation in court.
@binance & @_RichardTeng should clear the confusion by publicly releasing the statement.

Hello Nischal or @WazirXIndia. Community is asking a simple question?
We have not asked you for anything and we are not misleading anybody, we are just saying that please show the wallet addresses of the 55% funds you have.
You are saying that you will give 100% INR to users but now you are giving only 66% INR. You are misleading. 34% INR is being blocked by low enforcement agencies. You have told this now.
You still have time, provide the address of 55% of the crypto you have to the community so that the users can see them, you are forcing me to call the scammers.
