Your website form works. But does the handoff to sales? This is one of the questions I ask on discovery calls. A submission arriving in an inbox is only one step. It needs to reach the right person, get a timely response and have a clear next action.

Have someone test the full process from a customer’s perspective. Did the inquiry reach sales? Was someone assigned to it? Did a useful response follow? A conversion in your marketing report should be the beginning of a sales conversation.
