Bill asking voters to choose school funding over TABOR refunds advances at the statehouse cpr.org/2026/03/13/bill-adva…. Of course they want to take our TABOR away——AGAIN! When will they stop? I hope Colorado voters don’t fall for it!

Supreme Court is a farce. How dare they go against what 78% of the people want.

Let’s talk Colorado fees and taxes. For a $50k new vehicle, your Specific Ownership Tax is $892.50 (50,000 × 85% × 2.1%). That’s BEFORE your ordinary registration fees and surcharges. This is just one example of how much Coloradans are being beat to death by taxes and fees. Now Dems want to keep your TABOR refunds this fall via Prop NN. Let’s review some more numbers of how much their revenue has increased over the years…. Revenue generated by Colorado fee-based enterprises grew from $742 million in FY1994 to $25.8 BILLION in 2024. It’s also estimated that 74% of state spending was TABOR-exempt in 2024, compared with 46% in 1996. Share this out and vote NO on Prop NN this fall. They don’t have a revenue problem, they have a spending problem.

I want to sue you for changing my home state into a crap hole. Is that how this works?
BREAKING--We just led a multi-state coalition at #SCOTUS to support Boulder's right to sue fossil fuel companies for their actions that contributed to climate change. The effort to preempt this state lawsuit by a federal court is an overreach and improper. coag.gov/press-releases/weis…

communities regulated by people who rarely visit them and never live with the consequences. That is what I call managed decline. It is not an accident. It is the predictable result of policies that place ideological goals above affordable energy, productive industry, private property, constitutional rights, and the survival of rural communities. Phil Weiser represents a continuation of that agenda. I believe he would accelerate it as governor. That is why the image portrayed him as dangerous. Not because he is Jewish. Not because of his ancestry. Not because of his religion. Because of his politics. Jewish politicians are subject to the same fierce political criticism as Christian politicians, Muslim politicians, atheist politicians, and everyone else seeking public power. Phil Weiser does not receive immunity from political satire because of a personal fact I did not even know. I will not apologize for opposing him. I will not apologize for portraying his agenda as dangerous. And I will not accept an accusation of antisemitism manufactured by someone who introduced religion into an image that had nothing to do with religion. You asked for my response. You now have it. If you report that I knowingly employed an antisemitic image, you will be reporting something false. If you omit the fact that I did not know Weiser was Jewish, you will be withholding the single most important fact from your audience. If you reduce this entire response to a carefully selected sentence designed to preserve your original narrative, you will prove my point about biased journalism better than I ever could. Use my response in full and let Coloradans decide for themselves. Sean M. Pond

Rather than go out gracefully to face his own demons, former Congressman and womanizing loser Eric Swalwell decided to bring several of his colleagues down with him. Swalwell named Jamie Raskin, Hakeem Jeffries, and Adam Schiff as his "friends" who "engaged in all the same activities." All three have denied the allegations. It will be interesting to watch it play out. H/T America Loves Liberty of course the rats will consume each other on the way out!!!! GOOD!!!

Interesting turn of events. @KyleClark are you going to be reporting on this? Or did I miss is
Last week, former State Senator Sonya Jaquez Lewis was sentenced to probation and community service after being convicted of four felonies including Attempt to Influence a Public Official. She made a horrible mistake, and she was wrong. I hope she learns from this and can rebuild her life. As someone who has known Sonya as a friend for many years, on a personal level I was glad to hear she isn’t going to prison which is a hard place for anyone, no less a retired 68-year old pharmacist. But it is not lost on me that she was convicted of the exact same felony charge as Tina Peters — attempting to influence a public official — and yet Tina Peters, as a non-violent first time offender got a nine year sentence. Justice in Colorado and America needs to be applied evenly, you never know when you might need to depend on the rule of law. This is the context I am using as I consider cases like this that have sentencing disparities, which is why I have extended the deadline for clemency applications until April 3rd. I will be making decisions on these cases throughout the remainder of my governorship.

No ID, automatic voter registration by states and mail in ballots enable massive fraud. Those factors also make it impossible to prove fraud, since there is no ID and no one actually showed up! You can’t conduct exit polls accurately or even count how many people went in to vote.
I show my ID to fly. I show my ID to drink. I show my ID to drive. I show my ID to marry. I show my ID to buy weed. I show my ID to gamble. I show my ID to get Benadryl. I show my ID to work. Why in the hell wouldn’t I need an ID to vote?

Need someone to come to Colorado and see what’s going on here. It used to be so good but now it’s a mess. I wonder why? These people only want to put certain individuals in jail. If you steal cars rob home etc you’re good. Why has Colorado become like this?
