When one of the Alchemist's experiments goes horribly wrong, the kingdom is overrun with fearsome skeletons!... Okay, maybe not THAT fearsome. Olive and Boulder are ordered by the Alchemist to get rid of these guys for the good of the kingdom - and his reputation!

Olive and Boulder form their odd partnership when a mysterious alchemist calls upon them to fix his mistake; Unleashing a host of skeletons upon the kingdom! Although evidently clumsy, he boasts extreme determination and will do anything to make his future a reality.

Boulder the Knight is the second playable character in Shield and Staff. His bulky armour allows him to tank blows with ease, and his strong shield allows him to deflect the shots of his enemies! He has no problem hurting pesky skeletons, but wouldn't hurt a fly otherwise.

Olive the Elf is one of the two playable characters in Shield and Staff. With her magic wand, she can cast powerful spells and sling devastating projectiles at her opponents! She can be a little full of herself at times, but her friends keep her in check.
