A huge effort was made to #spay & #neuter dogs in the shelter project & local community massively reducing the unwanted puppy population
The clinic we all funded sterilised so many community dogs who were able to stay at the shelter after their surgeries
To be told that a municipality is thinking about culling in another area is as frustrating as it is heartbreaking
We stand firm with our friends in Turkiye and are waiting on letters to officials in the area to be translated
We will NEVER accept culling as a solution to reducing the population
Not only is it viciously cruel it is a waste of time as other dogs move in to the spaces made empty

1yo RICKY, he of the wonderful smile, is the sweetest boy who only knows how to share kisses, play, & give & receive massive hugs. With an ever wagging tail, this lad gets on well with people & other dogs, a real family lad. Ricky was left without an owner, & thrown out on the busiest dangerous street, looking for a human heart to take him home.
