Harmeet Dhillon just resigned as head of the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, and the timing matters.
She told Fox she made the decision about three weeks before Election Day and that White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles asked her to wait until after the midterms. "I wasn't asked to resign," she said. "I resigned three weeks ago." Attorney General Todd Blanche accepted the resignation today and praised her for defending civil liberties and enforcing the law without fear or favor. Dhillon said she accomplished what she came to Washington to do, including shifting Civil Rights away from DEI and toward religious liberty, women's sports, the Second Amendment, and election integrity, and that she wants to return to private practice.
Democrats are about to get the subpoena power, and she is leaving after roughly 19 months of rewriting a division conservatives long said had been captured. She told Fox she has done nothing that would require a pardon, and that any testimony would go through legal counsel because of executive privilege. Love her or not, she was one of the few people at DOJ actually fighting on election integrity and civil rights the way Republicans said they wanted. Watching who replaces her will tell you a lot about what comes next.

The DHS and DOJ have a list of ALL the “noncitizens” with “legal status” in the country and can compare that list to every states voter registration rolls.
It is illegal to register a “noncitizen” to vote.
And there are way more than 20,000 “noncitizens” with “legal status” on the voter rolls in CA.
The 20,000 number was just a sample, to launch the court fight in CA and set the table for what’s to come.
If there are almost 3 million new voters on the registration rolls in Texas, who didn’t have “citizen verification,” then you can bet there are tens of millions more across the country.
How many are illegals?
And how many are “noncitizens” with “legal status?”
I think that number is huge and many have been voting for years.
How do you think groups of Somali’s, Muslims and Indians suddenly take over city councils and dominate local enclaves, then expand their communities?

I decided to sleep on JD Vance’s post from yesterday before commenting on it substantively. I have done so, and given it substantial thought.
My verdict? Here is what I believe that post actually was saying:
“Yeah we lost the election big time. But it’s not my fault, it’s the fault of the guy who made me who I am, and to whom I owe my entire political career. If only everybody had listened to me everything would have been OK. Oh yeah, I’m specifically throwing my boss under the bus, but I am also impliedly throwing Rubio and Hegseth under the bus too because I want to be President. No, I’m not going to talk about the way my lunatic belief that the Iranian mullahs could be reasoned with is really what brought us to this point. I’m also not going to talk about how my hatred of Israel and alliance with fellow Israel-haters and groyper-adjacent loons like Tucker chases away far more voters than it attracts. In other words, I’m not taking responsibility for anything and blaming everybody else. And I’m dropping this literally hours after the election is over so I can set the narrative now before anybody else has a chance to talk that says I’m the good guy, that MAGA is dead, and that I’m the leader of what comes next. No, I did not coordinate this with Trump, I just told him I’m going to do it. And he will say it’s OK because if he does not he’ll get savaged with reports that he has lost control of the Presidency, which was kind of what I wanted. It’s DC. Loyalty does not matter. Vote for me for President.”
Does loyalty matter? I believe it does, because if someone is disloyal to the man who made them, they will also be disloyal to the voters who put them into office.

Robert Garcia on Wednesday arrogantly said “the days of Huntington Beach being a MAGA city are over.” He’s not describing the city as it is. He’s declaring that he intends to overwrite its already established politics and replace them with his progressive agenda.
Huntington Beach has an all-Republican city council that ran and won as MAGA. Voters there have backed conservative local policies for years. Garcia is only their new congressman because Democrats redrew the maps under Prop 50 to pull the city into his district. The people didn’t move left. The lines moved.
Garcia is most recently from Long Beach. He originally came from Peru on a visa, illegally overstayed, and was later granted amnesty. He built his career as a progressive pushing amnesty for other illegal aliens. Now that the gerrymander gave him the seat, he’s telling Huntington Beach its politics are finished.
That’s not representation. That’s replacement of the local majority’s preferences with his own. Garcia doesn’t speak for Huntington Beach. He speaks only for his own anti-America agenda.
If the residents of Huntington Beach wanted a progressive congressman, they could have elected one. They didn’t. Garcia is using the power Democrats wrongly gave him to declare the city’s views null and void. The city already made its choices. He should reflect them, not replace them.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE NATIONS COME AGAINST JERUSALEM—AND GOD HIMSELF ENTERS THE BATTLE?
The armies gather. Jerusalem is surrounded. The city is suffering. The nations believe its future rests in their hands.
But they have overlooked one terrifying reality.
The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob has already declared what happens next.
“Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations.” — Zechariah 14:3
The nations will come to determine Jerusalem's future.
They will discover that the LORD has already declared it.
More than 2,500 years ago, the Jewish prophet Zechariah foretold an extraordinary confrontation centered on one city.
Not Babylon. Not Rome. Not Washington.
YERUSHALAYIM (יְרוּשָׁלַיִם). JERUSALEM.
And the outcome will not ultimately be determined by armies, political alliances, or international resolutions.
1. A CUP THEY CANNOT DRINK. A STONE THEY CANNOT LIFT.
Zechariah describes Jerusalem using two extraordinary images.
Zechariah 12:2 — “Behold, I will make Jerusalem a cup of trembling unto all the people round about.”
The Hebrew imagery conveys staggering and disorientation.
The nations believe they can control Jerusalem's destiny.
But the city will become a cup that causes those opposing her to stagger.
Then comes a second warning.
Zechariah 12:3 — “And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it.”
A cup that makes the nations reel.
A stone that injures those attempting to lift it.
The nations believe Jerusalem is their problem to solve. Zechariah declares that their opposition to God's purposes will become their undoing.
Why Jerusalem?
Because God repeatedly identifies this city with His name and covenant purposes.
Psalm 132:13 — “For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.”
And following Israel's judgment and exile, God declared:
Zechariah 2:12 — “And the LORD shall inherit Judah his portion in the holy land, and shall choose Jerusalem again.”
God did not abandon Jerusalem after judging His people.
He reaffirmed His choice.
2. GOD WILL REMEMBER EVEN THE TENTS OF JUDAH
Here is a remarkable detail that many readers overlook.
Zechariah 12:7 — “The LORD also shall save the tents of Judah first.”
Why distinguish Judah's tents from Jerusalem?
The verse explains that Jerusalem and the house of David must not exalt themselves above the rest of Judah.
God's promised deliverance extends beyond the capital.
Beyond its walls.
Beyond its rulers.
The God who remembers Jerusalem also remembers the people of Judah.
This is the same covenant-keeping God who declared:
“God hath not cast away his people which he foreknew.” — Romans 11:2
The Jewish people have endured exile, persecution, scattering, and suffering.
Yet God's promises remain.
His covenant faithfulness does not depend upon Israel's military strength or political influence.
It depends upon His own unchanging character.
3. THE DAY OF THE LORD: JERUSALEM'S DARKEST HOUR
Zechariah repeatedly uses the Hebrew expression Bayom Hahu (בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא).
“IN THAT DAY.”
Again and again, the prophet points toward God's decisive intervention.
But we must not overlook something troubling.
Zechariah does not promise that Jerusalem will escape suffering.
Zechariah 14:2 describes the city being captured, houses plundered, women violated, and part of the population taken into captivity.
This is not an easy prophecy.
Jerusalem will experience terrible distress.
And then comes one of the most consequential words in the entire chapter.
THEN.
Zechariah 14:3 — “Then shall the LORD go forth, and fight against those nations, as when he fought in the day of battle.”
Jerusalem's suffering will not be the end of Jerusalem's story.
The nations will not have the final word.
THE LORD HIMSELF WILL INTERVENE.
Notice the contrast.
The nations gather against Jerusalem.
The city experiences devastating judgment and suffering.
Then the LORD goes forth to confront those nations.
Human power reaches its limit.
Divine sovereignty is revealed.
4. THE KING RETURNS TO THE MOUNT OF OLIVES
Now Zechariah reveals something astonishing.
Zechariah 14:4 — “And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east.”
The Har HaZeitim (הַר הַזֵּיתִים).
The Mount of Olives.
An identifiable mountain east of Jerusalem.
And Zechariah describes that mountain splitting, creating a great valley.
Now consider Acts 1:9–12.
Yeshua ascended into heaven from the vicinity of the Mount of Olives.
And the angels declared:
“This same Jesus ... shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.” — Acts 1:11
The Jewish Messiah who entered Jerusalem riding a donkey will return in glory.
The suffering Shepherd will be revealed as the reigning King.
The One who was pierced will be recognized by His people (Zechariah 12:10).
Israel's greatest deliverance will not merely be military. It will be spiritual.
The LORD promises to pour upon the house of David and the inhabitants of Jerusalem the spirit of grace and supplication.
The people will mourn.
They will recognize their Messiah.
And God will accomplish His promised redemption.
“And so all Israel shall be saved.” — Romans 11:26
Not through a separate path of salvation.
But through Yeshua, Israel's promised Mashiach (משיח).
5. FROM A BATTLEFIELD TO A PLACE OF WORSHIP
Here is one of the most extraordinary reversals in biblical prophecy.
Zechariah 14:9 — “And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.”
These words echo Israel's great confession of faith, the Shema:
“Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God is one LORD.” — Deuteronomy 6:4
And the declaration of the LORD's universal kingship in Zechariah 14:9 also appears in the traditional Jewish Aleinu prayer.
But Zechariah reveals something else.
Zechariah 14:16 describes survivors from the nations that came against Jerusalem traveling there to worship the King and celebrate the Feast of Tabernacles.
Sukkot (סֻכּוֹת).
The biblical festival commemorating God's provision for Israel during the wilderness journey.
Even today, Zechariah 14 is traditionally read in synagogues during Sukkot.
Consider the extraordinary prophetic reversal.
The nations gather against Jerusalem.
The LORD intervenes.
The King establishes His reign.
And survivors from those nations journey to Jerusalem to worship Him!
THE CITY ONCE SURROUNDED BY ENEMIES BECOMES A CENTER OF WORSHIP FOR THE NATIONS.
Isaiah foresaw the same remarkable future:
“For out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.” — Isaiah 2:3
The nations will no longer gather to conquer Jerusalem.
They will come to worship the King who reigns there.
And God's ancient promise to Abraham will find extraordinary expression:
“And in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” — Genesis 12:3
God's purposes for Israel have always included blessing the nations.
THE QUESTION THE WORLD MUST CONFRONT
Who determines Jerusalem's ultimate future?
The nations?
The international community?
Political leaders?
Military alliances?
Or the God who declared:
“For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation.” — Psalm 132:13
Zechariah does not describe a God struggling to preserve His promises.
He describes a sovereign God bringing His promises to fulfillment.
The nations will gather.
Jerusalem will suffer.
The LORD will intervene.
Israel will recognize her Messiah.
And the King will reign.
The nations will come to determine Jerusalem's future.
They will discover that the LORD has already declared it.
And Zechariah reveals one final extraordinary transformation.
The nations that once gathered against Jerusalem will send their survivors to worship the King.
The place of conflict becomes a center of worship.
The city surrounded by enemies becomes the city from which the LORD reigns.
“And the LORD shall be king over all the earth.” — Zechariah 14:9
God has not abandoned Israel.
He has not canceled His covenant.
He has not forgotten Jerusalem.
THE WORLD MAY DEBATE JERUSALEM'S FUTURE. BUT THE GOD WHO CHOSE HER HAS ALREADY DECLARED HIS PURPOSES.

I don't claim to be an expert in human behavior, but I've watched Trump for 11 years now, and I'm pretty good at pattern recognition.
I noticed something in his demeanor today that should give his enemies pause: He's way too quiet about what happened last night.
Quiet Trump is scary Trump.
Think about it. Leading up to the 2020 election, this man told us over and over that the Democrats were going to steal it. And when they did steal it, he never stopped talking about it.
The same goes for the Russia hoax, the impeachments, the Biden border fiasco, and the relentless lawfare against him. You name it. He has spoken out loudly about the wrongs done to him and to our country.
Last night Republicans lost their majority in the House and Senate, as well as the governor's seats in Texas, Ohio, and other red states.
It was an epic beatdown, if we're being honest. And the Democrats' margins of victory are FAR greater than the wins they put on the board in 2020.
Anybody with basic math skills can see they cheated. Nobody gets close to 1 million more votes in a midterm election in a RED state than Kamala got in 2024. And then the pattern repeats across multiple states? I mean, come on.
And what did Trump do? He congratulated them on prime-time TV. And in every media appearance all day. And he never said a peep about cheating. Not even a hint.
That's odd.
If the Democrats have any sense (and I'm not sure they do), they would take this as a very bad sign.
I can count on one hand the times I've seen him this way. And the outcome never ended well for his enemies.
The thing about an apex predator is you never know when they'll strike. But if you know what to look for, there will be signs.
