People say yes a lot more than you think. You have a negativity biases so don’t think it’s the case, but it’s true.
A girl just said she tried to get rejected 1000 times in 2025 and ended up being cast in plays, winning pageants, securing hella paid brand deals, and appearing in commercials. This is your sign to chase rejection to the point of "accidental" success. You'll be surprised.

Unaware unawake violence is often disastrous. You bust be laser focused before going
Wake up and meditate until everything is back online. Walk slowly to the coffee shop, feeling every step, like a monk on his morning walk. Feel the air, rise with the sun, and take your first sip slowly. Look at your schedule, gather your concentration, and only then should you get violent.

Learn to release all that is not pure, what is not God. If your motivation is based on insecurity. Or you hope in yourself. Start the swap to a different fuel source

Pat Murphy says becoming a father completely changed the way he coached, and now every player he views and coaches as somebody else’s son “It’s got to be real, man. You can’t just say it. You’ve got to live it. When it’s about your kid, when you’re raising kids by yourself, you’re clueless, man. You don’t know what you’re doing. I don’t know what I’m doing. I didn’t have that kind of, my parents were way older than me, so I don’t know how to parent. I don’t know what I’m doing, but it’s really important to me.” “And I started thinking about it like, every kid I coach is somebody’s Kai Joseph. You know what I mean? Every kid I coach, they have parents who love their kid the way I love my kid.” “Wow, I’ve got to be a little mindful how I treat these guys. I’ve got to be a little mindful about, like, it’s my job.” “This profession isn’t about the wins and losses. This profession is about, how do I impact this person?

Choose to be ready
I’m not talented. I’m obsessed. They see the walkouts and the knockouts. They don’t see the work — the early mornings, the setbacks, the decision to show up when quitting would have been easier. I didn’t wait to feel ready. I decided to become ready. Back yourself. Do the work. Be obsessed.

Be so excited to talk so quickly that you’re out of breath have so much energy that you can’t help but contain tapping your foot on the ground. Have so much love inside you and you can’t help but think of them and everything you do.

Hunger and thirst for righteousness
And if you wish to be addicted to your craft and idea so be it. That sport, this way of art. Just make it so you’re addicted to the act of doing it vs the goal of completion. Total enlightenment would of course be the best, but choosing your addiction is second.
Just a reminder about something I said a few years back: “addiction is a progressive narrowing of the things that bring you pleasure.” “Enlightenment (for lack of a better term) is a progressive expansion of what brings your pleasure.” Are you addicted to something? If so, what?

Unifying people is hard because everyone has a different expression of unification, but hating is easy as everyone can hate in their own way through a collective way

Strip club is a great analogy for this idea
The reason you're not creative. Not motivated. Not focused. AKA the stuff that came easy to you as a kid. Is that every form of "relaxing" in our society is SMASHING our minds with serotonin and dopamine. TikTok. Video games. Drinking. WATCHING sports. If you're doing these to relax, your mind is never at rest. Like a dude spending every waking minute in a strip club. You'll become numb to things that used to drive you wild. Your motivation to chase plummets. When you relax, you have to actually relax and empty the mental bucket. Drop it all. Read. Pick up an instrument. Lift. Keep your phone in a drawer far away from you. DEPRIVE yourself of the easy serotonin and dopamine. All that gusto you used to have as a kid will come right back. Then USE the drive on what matters. AKA the thing, the work. Then ACTUALLY relax again. 99% of people are on a treadmill. They do low-focus, low-creativity, ass work... Then get home and scroll, eat sugar, play video games/scroll/watch Fox News/CNN, wank, binge Netflix and repeat. Like the guy in the strip club, they can no longer enjoy the "curves" of life because they're in overdrive... staring at ass and tits 24/7. You're not getting old or dull or necessarily suffering from ADHD. Your brain just hasn't had a breather in years.
