John Walker has canonically always been more powerful than Cap in terms of raw strength, so yes, he is a stronger superhuman.
MCU Walker is consistent in this regard considering he fought both Sam & Bucky, pulled an armored truck while fighting off two super soldiers, & this.
Xbox getting Mass Effect would be a "nice to have", but they do have sci-fi IPs that are underutilized in other genres like Halo.
Xbox also has Obsidian's Pillars of Eternity which has great lore & they should do more with, I'd love a DA: Origins/Inquisition style Pillars.
The #SaveMassEffect petition has racked up over 170K signatures, but for those who are hoping Xbox could be the one to step up to the plate, our sources say Microsoft isn't going to make a bid for Mass Effect.

SEEK has been listed on the Xbox Store as an Xbox Play Anywhere title. It looks like the release might be coming soon. I'm glad it was approved by Xbox. Hopefully, there won't be any more cases where the game gets rejected without a clear reason.

This is the same date I found based on researching the French labor law regarding the divestiture of Arkane from Xbox. However, if the game is nearing the end of its production cycle (which lines up pretty well with that planned November 2027 release, giving them plenty of time to polish the game), WHY THE HELL is Xbox not just saying “Fuck it” and footing the rest of the bill for this project?!?
It’s a Marvel IP, and if this was a situation where Xbox decided to make it an exclusive first party title AND it’s received well? You bet your ass people would be willing to grab an Xbox to check it out. Sony is vulnerable, especially in the quality department for their first party games, as while I didn’t HATE Wolverine, it represented everything I no longer enjoy in gaming. Blade can and SHOULD operate as a stark and necessary counterpoint.
Arkane Lyone has reportedly until November 13th to find a new buyer. According to an union member, 'Blade' is nearing the end of production. 213 Jobs are at risk.

The short version:
Arkane Lyon is now the most expensive they've ever been as a business unit. They are working on a game with a highly constrained ROI. It doesn't make any sense to have these kinds of charge backs on an "action adventure" title.
Note: The graph ends at 2024, but their current charges are over 30M EUR per year.

Yeah, this was really dumb and I don't like seeing how far they keep testing this stuff.
It's extra egregious when you consider @Activision itself skipped Xbox with their own Call of Duty: Black Ops I & II ports.

All of these Xbox skips from Devolver are 100% because they're not getting Game Pass bags.
It's pretty shitty for Xbox fans, but also a symptom of the damage the Xbox platform has received, which turned them into the lowest priority for the game industry.
Market share matters.
I don't think Netflix is even the right place for these deals.
I'm cautious about their Gears projects but they're not exactly known for good films. IP's like Halo & Gears need a serious movie studio & larger budgets, it's partly why we ended up with a mediocre Halo TV series.
Netflix reportedly offered Xbox an exclusively deal for the film and TV adaptations rights worth $500 million for seven years. Xbox countered with $800M. The offer is now off the table.

It's a shame that Arkane Lyon's in this position under Xbox because they didn't even get to release a proper game like Blade under them.
But I'll be very happy if this works out & they get saved by another publisher. At least they'll have a chance to release another game or two.
