I’m currently requesting the LORs for my ERAS application to surgery, and it hit me for a second that, 3 years ago, when I started this journey, I didn’t even believe this moment would ever come—that I would be applying for surgery!!!!
A journey yet filled with uncertainty, but it really was the best decision I ever made to pursue this!!!

Exactly, our brand shouldn’t be a disease, it should be our expertise.
No other specialty can seamlessly move from medical to catheter-based to open vascular reconstruction.
That’s not marketing. That’s our training. And it’s what patients and referring physicians should know.
🚨 Radiologists and vascular specialists DON’T always agree…
Our recent single-center study examined their interpretation of preoperative cross-sectional imaging (CSI) for deep venous stenosis—and found 27% discordance.
The study calls for consensus-based guidelines for CSI evaluation and reporting: a collaborative effort between radiologists and vascular specialists to improve patient selection and strengthen CSI’s role as a reliable screening & diagnostic tool.
