I've just had the strangest experience. I've been hearing creaking noises all day, and I've just felt Angie's arm around me. That slight pull on my T-shirt, and she's just run her fingers up my back in just the way she knows how, and just as she did when she was still with us.
Oh the irony of someone complaining of being hidden behind a bird photo when it's hidden behind a cup of coffee photo... You couldn't make it up! @Pluto5ad
My pleasure. If you like red too, we could be two little Santa's this year🧑🎄XxXxXxX😆XxXxXxX🤶XxXxXxX😆
17 weeks since I lost my beloved wife to cancer. As usual, I bought 3 bunches; 2 for Angie, and one in memory of the mother of my dearest friend @MsAnjaliRB without who’s continued love and support, I would never have made it. As always, thank you for always being there 🙏 🥰🫂
The late great Matthew Perry. RIP
It’s Thursday. It’s 14 weeks and one day since my gorgeous Angie lost her battle with cancer. As always, I buy roses in her memory and also for my wonderful friend @MsAnjaliRB and in memory of her mother. Rest in peace 🙏🥰
It’s 14 weeks today since I lost my gorgeous wife. As always, I bought 2 bunches of roses in memory of Angie, and another to remember my dear friend @MsAnjaliRB’s mother. I’m sure they are looking down on us in bewilderment. Love to all that are grieving right now. RIP ❤️XxXxX❤️
It's our flaws that give us our reality. It's our acceptance of our flaws that gives us depth, and our failure to recognise our flaws that makes us shallow.
In memory of Dolly Parton, I’m watching the fabulous 9to 5. It gets better every time I watch it. So good.
I came across these pics of Angie from 2012. They were taken in a village called Lower Priory. It was a beautiful day, and we had a lovely walk along that bridle path.
‘Oh but for the touch of a vanished hand, and the sound of a voice that is still.’
Alfred Lord Tennyson.
It’s 11 weeks today since my wonderful wife was taken from me. As always, I’ve bought roses in memory of Angie, and in memory of my wonderful friend @MsAnjaliRB’ s mum, in thanks for all the support she’s given me during these worst of times in my life. 💔🫂💔🫂💔
Feeling both mentally and physically shattered. After visiting our favourite place for our anniversary yesterday, which was both beautiful and emotionally taxing, and after spending so much time in keeping busy, I need a rest, so I am having a day in bed. 💔💔💔
29 years ago, Angie and I started our lives together. You never failed me or let me down. You showed me what true love is all about.
With all my love, and from all those that your love and light touched.
I love you; now and forever
Rest in Peace

Taken 4 months ago today. Angie and I at the Beggars Reach hotel in Burton, Pembrokeshire. We'd just been told that Angie had cancer, and neither of us could face coming home.
45 days later, she died. What did we do to deserve this? We were so happy, and it's been ripped from me.
You left me nine weeks yesterday.
Today the wave broke. I came across the song ‘Puff the magic dragon’; a song that for some reason has always made me melancholy, and one that we both love(d). My heart broke and the tears fell. The house is so big and empty without you 💔❤️🩹💔
A 3 egg omelette for lunch, and a healthy (ish) tea. Nobody can accuse me of not trying, and no don’t do the joke please…😆
