This is the latest on the WTN bug.
I want to state that this has been the highest priority for the team to fix. Unfortunately, it's a bit of "2 steps forward 1 step back" because every fix we send out solves it for some players but, critically, not everyone!
We're on it 🙏
Latest update as on Monday: Several players were able to play the game over the weekend, so the team is now looking into the changes we made on Friday evening and figuring out how best to scale it up for all affected players. #TheSimsMobile
