One food combination that I don’t think should exist is Jollof rice and moi moi. It’s just…too much. Savoury-savoury, incompatible. Jollof and coleslaw/NG salad, beautiful. Jollof and avocado works because avocado is mostly tasteless.

My heart breaks for Tochi, and I really hope she is surrounded by, and covered with so much love. Because losing both of your parents and your sibling is already enough. Cannot believe how all of this is unfolding. It is terribly sad.
