Two+yrs ago I said: " I long for the day there will be an investigation on the role of Western media in the genocide in Gaza". From the very beginning many authoritative media have acted unprofessionally and irresponsible. My last report proves there is more. And it's ugly.

Lana Nusseibeh, the United Arab Emirates diplomat who is suddenly being promoted as a candidate for UN secretary general, hasn't only lied about the UAE role in sending arms and mercenaries to the genocidal Rapid Support Forces paramilitary in Sudan. She has also lied and covered up the UAE role in killing civilians in Yemen. Millions of Americans are learning for the first time about Israel’s genocidal “Where’s Daddy” targeting system, and the IDF’s policy of exterminating entire Gaza families in their homes while they sleep
Max Blumenthal tells Tucker about crimes exposed in the new film NAZA: “Israeli intelligence hacked into the phones of young girls in Gaza to determine when their fathers would come home. Then they would order an airstrike on their homes and listen to the girls burn alive”

Apartheid Israel created the largest # of child amputees in modern history in Gaza and is now preventing crutches from entering Gaza. Israel is a caricature of pure evil.
Powerful and utterly upsetting. Today in the Irish Examiner. 800 items NOT allowed into Gaza and it's only half the actual list. 4 standout for me: - Toys - Crutches - Babies nappies - Cancer medication Israel PREVENTS the very basics of life

Watch: Yuli Novak, B’Tselem’s Executive Director, speaking at the launch of our new report, The Elimination Project, and calling on the international community to act: “How much more evidence do you need before you act? Statements do not protect anyone until they become action. Every day without meaningful action gives Israel more time to deepen this project and make it harder to reverse.” The Elimination Project shows how Israel is systematically using interconnected mechanisms: violence, displacement, restrictions on movement, economic strangulation and political repression to dismantle the conditions that allow Palestinians to exist as a collective in the West Bank, while expanding and entrenching Israeli control and Jewish supremacy. The international community must stop treating these isolated violations and end the impunity that allows this system to continue. Read the full report >> btselem.org/the_elimination_…

An unbelievable racist comment from this privileged nepo-baby. Gaza didn’t work because the repressive Israeli didn’t allow it to work. From the beginning of the occupation, Israel denied Palestinians the opportunity to grow & prosper. In 2006, they turned Gaza into a prison camp
Jared Kushner: "Gaza has not worked for a very, very long time. It was basically built by NGOs and terrorists, and it's been a dystopian place for a long time."

Oshrit Aliga, an Israeli prison security officer, seen here joking about inserting her baton into Palestinian prisoners that require "a fair number of disinfections." Reminder that Apartheid Israel operates the most well-documented network of rape dungeons on earth.
A horrific expose on the murder of Palestinian prisoner Tha'er Abu Assab, a Palestinian prisoner at Ketziot prison by guards in November 2023 appeared in Haaretz today. Among the most damning evidence in the case are the texts of one warden, Oshrit Aliga, who as you can see in the video inlcuded here was literally the poster child for the Israeli Prison Services. Here are the texts verbatim: On the night Tha'er Abu Assab, was murdered, she texted a friend: "Sweetie, here is an update for you, he's dead now." She added that she was "very happy and satisfied, but it's a mess right now. There was a lot of blood and they broke them." Follow-up clarification to her friend: "It'll be fine, I'm glad it happened. I'm ready to put my career on the line for this, I'm at peace with it, all of us are. The commander knew something like this would happen. he told us in the briefing and also asked, whoever feels they can't handle it should say so, because he really wanted to break them. I'm really fine, but you know how it is, investigations and all that mess." WhatsApp exchange with her friend, December 2023 (re: new detainees arriving): "They brought some Amalek-son whores down in the middle of the street, sitting there on the ground with just underwear and blindfolds on. I'm already getting myself and the shift ready to receive them for Shabbat, we will give them a proper Shabbat reception." Responding to her friend's joke about her baton: "My club is fine, after a fair number of disinfections." "Imagine me and you in a cell with two prisoners cuffed hand to hand, and the shift commander tells us 'go ahead, cut loose', sweetie, I swear you'd have enjoyed it here with me." When her friend asked if she physically hits them: "I wish I had a way to prove it to you, to show you something, I swear to you, sis, I break them apart. You've never known me like this. [This is] routine. [When the] next round comes, if I haven't cracked one of his kidneys, as far as I'm concerned I'm not going into the wing." WhatsApp exchange with her domestic partner, corrections officer Tamer Trudi, same month: "We got another 70 whores from October 7th. Each one of course got a personal welcome, and some got a joint one because of the [limited] supply of handcuffs." After Trudi replied "Haha, how nice that there's always a welcome": "And since we were already tired from hitting them, the commander took off his belt and undid it on them. And the screaming , like females — at minimum they're a punching bag." Watch the video to see her enthusiastic physical training that allows her to murder and torture inmates. She has not been charged for her crimes despite the overwhelming evidence, though others have for that murder.

Congratulations South Africa Legal Team. What a gift to humanity you are.
South Africa has officially submitted a substantial dossier to the International Court of Justice (ICJ), detailing Israel’s continued non-compliance with legally binding provisional measures. The submission, formally handed over on 25 August 2026, serves to assist an ICJ committee of judges tasked with monitoring the implementation of the court’s orders in Gaza. According to the Department of International Relations and Cooperation (DIRCO), Israel’s non-compliance directly undermines the protective functions of international justice. Hence, the submission is a vital milestone in the struggle for global accountability. By formally documenting Israel’s refusal to adhere to the court’s binding provisional measures, Pretoria is doing far more than advocating for Palestinian survival. Two years ago, on 19 July 2024, the International Court of Justice confirmed that Israel's continued presence in the occupied Palestinian territory is unlawful and clarified the obligations of all States not to recognize or assist that unlawful situation, and to cooperate in bringing it to a rapid end. Since then, the law has become clearer. Implementation has not. This article reflects on what has changed over the past two years, with particular attention to developments in the West Bank and Gaza, and the continuing uncertainty surrounding the duty of international cooperation. It argues that the principal challenge today is no longer identifying the applicable law, but giving practical content to one of the Court's most significant findings: the obligation of States to cooperate in bringing an unlawful situation to an end. Marco Rubio can't even make an honest case for attacking the International Criminal Court. He makes it sound like the ICC acts out of the blue anywhere it wants when in fact it acts only against crimes committed on the territory of states that have invited it. He never explains why the United States should be able to commit crimes on the territory of those states with impunity, contrary to the desire of their sovereign governments for an international backstop to reinforce justice for such crimes. Rubio even misconstrues my comments. I had noted that Trump should be charged for obstructing justice. His sanctions against ICC personnel clearly do that, and the court has jurisdiction because the cases he tried to obstruct, implicating U.S. and Israeli personnel, stemmed from the court's jurisdiction over crimes on the territory of member states (Afghanistan and Palestine). IF the court were to act, all 125 member states would have a duty to arrest Trump were he to dare show up on their territory, just they way Putin's and Netanyahu's travel is no constrained. But that duty would arise only after charges were filed, not now, as Rubio falsely states. wsj.com/opinion/why-were-dis…

🧵Before becoming a UN expert I spent years researching forced displacement in Palestine since the advent of Zionism and British colonialism. A refuge for millions, for Palestine's Indigenous people Israel meant catastrophe. Once you know you cant unknow. The rest is integrity 👇
The article by Adam Raz from the @Akevot Institute published today in Haaretz proves, once again, what we have been crying out for decades: the Nakba is not a “narrative”, it is a historical truth of genocide, ethnic cleansing, and plunder. To our shame and horror, this is an ongoing history, not only the past but also the present. Recognition of the crimes and a just solution for the victims are not only a moral demand, but also a necessary recipe for shared life between the two peoples.
