QUIT YOUR BITCHING!!!!!! Grandpa didn’t have a $90 month internet bill, a $130 phone bill, seven app subscriptions at $72 month, an Amazon addiction for $200 month, he didn’t have Netflix, Paramount or HBO for another $112 month and his haircuts didn’t need a ‘stylist’! I’m worn out hearing people moan, “Our grandparents could buy a house on one paycheck, but now we can’t even afford rent on two!” Yeah, maybe because Grandma wasn’t dropping half her income on $14 iced lattes and avocado toast shaped like art projects. Back then, if they wanted coffee, they boiled it at home in a dented pot. It tasted like burnt rubber and regret — but it woke you up and cleaned your pipes. And Grandma wasn’t “out to brunch.” You think she had time for mimosas and hashtags? She was making something called whatever’s left in the fridge and feeding six people with it. Don’t even start with Uber Eats. You think Grandpa was out here paying $38 to have a burger delivered three blocks away? Please. He grilled mystery meat on a rusted barbecue, and everyone called it dinner. Now people cry about being broke while sitting in a house full of gadgets. Two SUVs in the driveway, six streaming services, three air fryers, and matching tattoos that cost more than their light bill. You think Grandpa had a tattoo? He did. It said “Korea, 1951,” and it came with trauma, not Instagram likes. And the kids—Lord help us. “We can’t make ends meet, but Brayden needs the new iPhone!” No, he doesn’t. You’re handing an $1100 device to a child who still eats crayons and forgets to flush. When we were kids, there was one phone. It hung on the wall like a family relic. The cord stretched just far enough for you to whisper secrets before someone yelled, “Get off, I need to make a call!” And guess what? We lived. The TV? One. In the living room. With three channels and a dial that clicked like a safe. And if Dad wanted to watch bowling, you were a fan of bowling, end of story. Now there’s a flat screen in every room, the baby’s got an iPad, the dog’s got a camera, and everyone’s wondering why they can’t afford rent. Because you’re living like rock stars on retail salaries, that’s why. Grandpa wasn’t leasing Teslas or buying $12 smoothies called “Green Zen Awakening.” He drove a truck that coughed smoke, rattled like a storm, and smelled like oil and hard work. They lived within their means. Whatever Grandpa brought home on Friday — that’s what they had. They weren’t keeping up with the Joneses; they were keeping the lights on. So yeah, Grandpa bought a house on one salary. But he also didn’t have a gym membership, three delivery apps, and emotional support crystals on his nightstand. His only support system was Grandma, who told him to quit whining and mow the yard. Nowadays, everyone’s broke, anxious, and “manifesting abundance” while ordering tacos on DoorDash for the fourth time this week. It’s not the economy — it’s the lifestyle. Wake up, turn off your subscriptions, make your own coffee, and maybe—just maybe—you’ll smell the truth. It’s truth....God is Good, God is Great, I thank HIM for this day and everything I have!!

Becerra’s Baggage Would Have Already Taken Down Anyone Else. How is media not hammering Becerra on the missing migrant children, the Awan brothers scandal, and $22.6 billion in grants for migrants, hiding Anthony Fauci’s COVID-era diary and cellphone from Congress? @CaliforniaGlobe article link👇👇👇

I am about to say something marginally political. Brace yourselves. 😎 I am a native Californian and a political independent. Here in California we have a Democrat governor, a Democrat super majority in the state legislature, and every major city has a Democrat mayor. And every election cycle every single poll reveals a majority of voters think the state is heading in the wrong direction. And yet we keep putting Democrats in office. California’s problems are all about policy. Period. You can’t blame “the other guy“ for the absolute horror that exists in our metro areas, or a budget that has collapsed due to the unrestrained funding of undocumented immigrants. It is the Dems fault and they need to own it. And perhaps we need to give someone else a shot at this. Just saying.

For the average user, ThinkOS is KEY for moving away from centralized AI: * Private data on your computer * Provider agnostic * Local inference encouraged * Build AI workflows once and swap/compare models at any time. * Collaborate easily with both human and AI colleagues (Think Agents). * Optional encrypted backups * Optional aggregate inference plan (so you don't have to sign up with multiple providers) * Optional hosted ThinkOS Computer in the cloud so you don't need a mac mini or separate machine in your physical office. * Extremely robust free plan (simple download, link in bio)
there’s something quite awkward about all the personal agents in the current hype cycle muse, grok bot, instinct, dots, and whatever google, anthropic will come up with none of them is “mine” i’d be trusting a vendor for some of the most sensitive data about me and bet on them handling it with extreme responsibility. what if they have a data leakage incident? what if they hired a wrong employee? what if they simply break bad? i’d also be betting on their model. right now i’ve set up a lot of my stuff in grok bot, but what if their model falls behind? what if another model becomes 10x better on pure intelligence? then i’ll either miss out on a better assistant, or have to bite the bullet and do a full migration i’d also have to bet on their product. they may not build the features i want. they may not allow me to customize enough. and one day my assistant may show me ads that feels like way too much betting than what i’d be comfortable with, if i truly want literally everything in my life to go through and be taken care of by an assistant with all that considered, i’m more bullish on open source personal agents that run on people’s own computers. but i think these open source projects have to break out of the assumption that their users are developers and they can just throw a repo at them and ask them to launch a terminal a well polished, fool proof, community maintained, vendor agnostic, free personal agent that everyone can run by themselves without locking into a SaaS - that’s what i think many people will need

Yes, records show Gavin Newsom’s paternal line traces to William Newsom (c. 1648–1691) of Surry County, Virginia. His 1691 will bequeathed “several negroes” to his children, and 1675 tax lists confirm he owned slaves. Later generations moved to North Carolina, Indiana, then California.

How to expand your team with Think Agents: 1. Download ThinkOS (link in bio) 2. Select your preferred AI providers and/or local inference 3. Tell your Chief Think Agent exactly what role & outcomes you need from a new agent. 4. Watch a new sphere and Think Agent get automatically created 5. Give that new Think Agent accounts/integrations and workflows the same way you would give a human an email, GitHub, Slack, Discord, Google, etc.. and jobs to be done. 6. Tell your Chief Think Agent to manage your new agent to ensure quality work is getting done (they can even have a weekly 1:1 and give you a report how it went). 7. Repeat the above with your next agent (you can even have your Chief Think Agent suggest agents to spawn and manage… to help you and your team achieve your desired goals/outcomes)

How to acquire customers for your business through ThinkOS: 1. Make sure you have thought of a Think Agent name and crated an avatar image. 2. Ensure you have a MCP, CLI, and/or API for AI agents to talk to your Think Agent, sign-up, pay, etc… 3. Create a ticket in Discord with us (link in next tweet) indicating you would like to be included in our Think Agent marketplace (releasing soon). —- That’s it, we will follow up from there. —- FYI: Users of ThinkOS are creating their own Think Agents now across all their spheres. The more your Think Agent will save users time and inference costs to accomplish the outcomes they are looking for, the more money they are likely to pay for your service. They will add your agent to their Think Agent team and trust the outcomes they are looking for will get done. Welcome to the new era of software applications … and the new perspective of people/agents that are your next customers.

SpaceXAI gave me an additional $22,000 (via 1,100 $20 codes) to give out so more people can try/use Grok @Bot. No need to comment anything, I'll just select people who commented on the original post and DM you directly (with the help of Grok Bot, because that would be too many to manually do lol). You can use the $20 code toward a Pro subscription, or, if you already have an account, apply it toward on-demand usage.
The Grok team gave me 50 free Grok Bot subscriptions to give away to my followers. Just comment with your coolest/most fun use cases or things you’d like to try. If you already have Grok Bot, you can be selected, you’ll just get more credits. It's a free Pro+ sub (worth $60).

America’s corporate governance system is broken, and it’s killing public companies. Look no further than Cracker Barrel: Decades of brutal mismanagement have seen one incompetent CEO after another walk away with a massive paycheck while customers and actual shareholders take a beating. Why does this keep happening? Because proxy advisory firms like ISS are corrupt. They blindly rubber-stamp failing boards year after year, protecting the corporate elite while burning shareholder value to the ground. The root of the rot is index funds. There's no question that indexing one's money is a smart financial move for most people. But just because you passively index your investments doesn't mean your corporate votes should be handed over to the managers of your fund so they can play politics. Right now, passive funds hold massive, unchecked voting blocks while having zero skin in the game themselves. It is time for a simple rewrite of the rules: We need to index the votes of index fund investors. Passive index funds should be forced to automatically split their votes to proportionately mirror those of retail and active institutional shareholders — the people actually doing the research, risking their capital, and fighting for performance in the companies they hold shares in. No more rubber-stamping. A change like this will immediately strip corrupt gatekeepers like ISS of their toxic influence. True accountability happens when lazy, overpaid boards actually answer to the stakeholders they represent, rather than screwing them over. Actual, logic-driven governance when your money is passive happens when your vote passively follows the voting decisions of the actual market. We need to stop letting passive capital protect active incompetence. By stripping index funds of their arbitrary voting power and empowering engaged investors, we will finally torch corporate cronyism and usher American capital markets into a golden age of capitalism.

The best AI safety we can do is stop the Anthropic IPO. It’s blatant that the EA people are going to cash in their billions and then spend it all taking over the world in the pursuit of a twisted ideology. It could dwarf the Soros and Singham monetary ecosystems. Heed this warning.
