Rise and Shine! Genuine Undead started as a free mint. The artist went AWOL and since then there have been hurdles that we can’t overcome without owning the contract. After many months of deliberation, some of the leaders of the community came up with a solution: to migrate our assets to a new contract. This provides: Contract security. The first project to have the ability to add 2FA your individual assets. Undeadz and future GU collections linked to your GU. Support for all future endeavours by the Genuine Undead team. AND The option to secure your assets Onchain. The move to V2 puts us in good standing for the upcoming @Opensea 2.0 upgrade, and we will take any advantage offered by this to benefit both our project and our holders. There are rewards offered for migration in our Discord: raffles to win a GU for all who migrate and hold, Bones award to those who migrate which can be spent in our Store. While the option to migrate is currently open, there may come a time when it gets cutoff. So if you are on the fence, then just don't wait too long.

Over 3,000 GUs been upgraded into the Community-owned v2 contract. Another milestone passed - ahead of schedule. Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence. The #GenuineUndead are lucky to be in a Community that overflows with both. Ggs to the familia! 🖤
