So basically, the two employees of Gemcorp own no shares, can be booted out of the company at any time by our mate João & there is no evidence beyond this to suggest that Gemcorp are actually putting a penny into the proposed takeover. We just have to wait & see! #NTFC

This info was already available back on Aug 13th through THE for anyone doing a quick search. Highly likely the Trust (just doing their job, in fairness) passed it to the FT, following their 2024 piece on Gemcorp. (1/7)
Does this mean Russian money is funding the #NTFC takeover?
No. That’s complete speculation. Gemcorp is a legitimate firm & reports suggest 6 or 7 investors could be involved. Let’s be realistic, big investment money rarely comes with clean backstory. Don't be naive. (6/7)
