Considering one of Maddie's favorite parts of Undyne being her violence and strength, and with Asgore being seemingly pretty strong in Deltarune, Maddie most likely is actually a bottom So a more accurate caption would be "name 3 deltarune songs or she bottoms you"

Why would there be a question mark at the end? Because while the story will have two endings (normal and weird route), the game itself will ultimately end the same way on both routes. Similarly to the opening, with Gaster speaking to us and ending the program.

While the exact details may still be left in the air, I can imagine a fever ridden man dreaming up a game ending with a mysterious closing survey, some cool creepy stuff, and then a "THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME" message before the game closes.
