have an end goal which keeps you on track always i had goal to put some bulk on my malnutrition body in college so i started gym i stopped doing it once I achieved it, then i started to put some muscle mass then i stopped again now the goal i set is to complete all major trekks in the world with the end goal of everest but obv. a base camp lets see how far i can push
