I work with athletes and programs regularly, and here’s what I see:
The athletes who succeed long-term?
Their parents are educated.
They understand recruiting timelines.
They ask the right questions.
They don’t chase hype.
Parent education is a competitive advantage.

Youth sports doesn’t need more hype.
It needs structure, education, and leadership.
Talent is common. Discipline isn’t. #StackTheDays
I remember watching this live and I went 🦍 💩 when Cota threw that joint off the backboard to Vince. The best missed alley oop of all time. Go Heels! 🐏
