When Caylan was diagnosed with genetic colon cancer, she needed to get from Orlando to Cleveland Clinic in Ohio for treatment. SkyHope coordinated the Southwest flight for her, her mom Constance, and her service dog Angel so the only thing they had to focus on was Caylan's care.
