Its true, Lex has handed over the keys to the Startmenu socials to me for a little bit, I haven't done anything like this before, I'm hoping I can do the Startmenu community proud

If anyone wants coverage from WASD Live, I've got a press pass but was laid off from the company I was meant to be writing for so feel free to message if that sounds like your sort of thing
Had to stop uploading videos for a few weeks cause I got ill and now my internet is so bad that I cant ;-;
I was also in this round of layoffs, it happened really suddenly in the middle of December.
Luckily I was in a well enough position to be fine, but there are many others that weren't, especially with holiday expenses...
All my co-workers were amazing and deserve way better.
Startmenu reinvigorated my love for creating and games at a time when I needed it most and I have no idea where I'd be without it.
Its such an amazing community of writers that keeps growing with talented and passionate people who each a compelling voice to share.

For those that don't know, my college teacher worked at Blitz Games. Hearing about the strange games they made got me curious about the stories behind games and their development.
I think it's what got me into games journalism. I'm really happy this was made.
