Is this the end game?
The pathway for GameStop to issue tokenized shares wasn't explicitly possible until last month. It makes a hell of a lot more sense why Ryan Cohen would have authorized $2 billion of share buy backs. He could buy back shares on the corrupt market, and then sell them back on the blockchain market where they can't be counterfeit.
This is why we have been waiting for so long, because theoretically back in January the legal framework could have allowed it, but regulators still didn't allow it. I think we know who that was, and she just left her position at the SEC!
Thing about it, Ryan Cohen is quite, then randomly comes out an talked about Judgement Day when the Innovation Exemption explicitly allows what he has been planning for years?🚀

EA Games defaults on its obligations to debt holders after largest leveraged buyout ever last year. A deal coordinated by the Saudi government, $JPM and Jared Kushner.
The default occurred after bond holders were left with substantial losses on credit downgrade to junk that triggered a buyout clause.
Two issues, the 1.85% notes due 2031 and the 2.95% notes due 2051, about $750 million each, say that if the company is sold and the bonds fall below investment grade, EA has to buy them back at 101 cents on the dollar. That is $1.01 for every $1 of face value. Bondholders holding about $1.4 billion have now sent a notice saying that right was triggered and EA is in default for not honoring it.
EA’s side has tried not to pay that price. In February the buyers offered to repurchase the 2031 notes near 92 cents and the 2051 notes near 74 cents.
