The first time a grandmother sees her grandson play professional hockey, she sees more than the name on his jersey. She sees the little boy she’s loved all these years, now out on the ice living his dream.
And as the crowd cheers, she whispers, “That’s my grandson,” with tears in her eyes and a heart full of pride.
I’ve been lucky enough to watch my own parents see their grandson do the same thing. Watching their faces was every bit as special as watching him on the ice, a memory I’ll always treasure. ❤️🏒

HOLY CRAP 🚨: The Catholic priest who died after a crucifix fell on him was talking about how everyone will be dead one day and the importance of giving your life to God.
“Dear brothers and sisters, one day, all of us here will also die…” said Father Patricio Sánchez Molinari of Ecuador.
“Dear brothers and sisters, one day we will all die, and the time we spent on trivial things will prove far less meaningful than the time we invested in God,” he said again.
“The quality time we gave to Him, to our brothers and sisters, to our spouses, to our children, and to our families… That is time well spent, dear brothers and sisters.”
Just moments later, the crucifix fell on him and killed him.

Nelly already had two children when his sister passed away. He took in her two kids and raised them alongside his own.
Jackie Donahue passed away from leukemia in March 2005. She was just 31, leaving behind her daughter Sydney and son Shawn.
Nelly brought them into the family he was raising with his daughter Chanelle and son Cornell.
Speaking with Tamron Hall in 2020, he called the decision a “no-brainer.” He also credited his extended family for helping him through the responsibility and grief.
Looking back, Nelly explained that the children had changed his life just as much as he had changed theirs:
“Those kids helped raise me as much as I helped raise them.”

On the left is my stomach after losing almost 200 pounds. I had over 13 pounds of JUST skin.
The video on the right is a few years post op from skin removal. The scar shown is the only scarring I have from the stomach skin removal procedure.
Covered easily by panties/bikini bottoms.
