Took a break from amateur football for remainder of season. Really enjoyed reffing youth football in morning Duntocher v Renton 2012s and then Dumbarton U18s v Scoutables at the rock stadium yesterday afternoon.
Both local games with only 2 yellows in morning and none in afty

Step back, let young people play
Let them learn, make mistakes, express themselves and enjoy the game
Respect the officials. Focus on development, not just results. Give everyone the chance to play
Results are forgotten. How you made people feel is remembered forever.
