The UAP conversation needs a real path forward—not just speculation or seizures. I propose the UAP Registration Act, a framework to regulate NHI technologies transparently while respecting national security & IP rights.

As someone who spent nearly a decade training and handling police K9s, I can tell you that most people criticizing the idea of bioengineering police and military working dogs have no clue what they're talking about.
I do. And here's why I think it's a great idea. 👇 @BenLamm @PalmerLuckey

I think it would be portrayed better as a series. Hopefully they do the books justice.
A film adaptation of Pierce Brown’s ‘RED RISING’ is officially in the works.
Francis Lawrence (Catching Fire) will direct.

Project Lost Light invites professional scientists, citizen scientists, and students from around the world to participate in a challenge to replicate -- or challenge -- pre-Sputnik transient studies using historical (pre-Sputnik) photographic plate collections from around the world.
First prize: $75,000
Second prize: $50,000
Third prize: $25,000
The competition accepts data from all pre-Sputnik photographic plate collections, except those from Palomar Observatory.
Learn how to detect transients, search for transient hotspots, investigate possible correlations with documented nuclear tests, and see where your own methods take you! Are we alone on Earth, or are we witnessing the presence of another civilization?
Stop waiting for governments, UAP committees, or presidents to give you the answer -- go out and find it yourself.
The competition is open to individuals and teams who have not previously published research on pre-Sputnik transients.
The competition is hosted and independently organized by Research Hub:

Can everyone simply extrapolate the information provided, assign whatever level of credibility you feel comfortable, and then conduct whatever analysis you want to do with that information?
There’s no need to attack someone who’s provided a service, which they have no obligation to provide.
Each person that has come forward has told their story, from their perspective, in the manner in which they chose to.
Instead, I’ll proceed with the following:
To all those that have worked in large or small ways on this subject, both privately and publicly. Whether you’re in government worker or private citizen, movie maker, writer, journalist, blogger, scientist, academic or simply liked or shared a post.
Thank You!

@jaystratton says this location (an FBI UAP study site) was inadvertently revealed in Tranche 3 of the PURSUE releases.

I’m on Chapter 10 of @jaystratton’s Out of the Shadows: Revealing the Truth About Non-Human Intelligent Life.
Chapters 8 & 9 were enlightening and will hopefully help people understand the tangled web that those on the inside have been trying to navigate in their tireless and often thankless work toward Disclosure.

INSIDE THE GOVERNMENT'S UAP FILES: "Bret, both the defense contractor community and the government have craft of non-human origin. There is an ongoing program to capture and reverse engineer this technology, and really we're in a secret Cold War race to do that." @jaystratton
Jay Stratton pulls back the curtain on over three decades of classified military and intelligence work. Stratton discusses that the U.S. government and defense contractors maintain programs to capture and reverse-engineer non-human technology. Going further than ever before, Stratton confirms he has personally witnessed non-human craft and beings with his own eyes, criticizing an 80-year monopoly that has kept these monumental truths hidden from the American public.
