Quantum-safe, carrier and format agnostic, offline verification for robots, agents, and other things. Open draft protocol, alpha code, not audited.
Throughout my career I've tried to build something like this and failed. This time, with AI agents, I finally got it built. It is neutral and open, for any party that can hold keys. It is not a commercial product, and I'm acting as its steward. Independent audits are the next step, and I'd like to hand stewardship to a reputable foundation as soon as one is willing.
Robots and agents are the first use case. I've also written a design note on relayed space links (optical ISL relay in cislunar orbit is the kind of case I have in mind); it's untested and unreviewed, and I'd love expert eyes on it.

On blockchains: no token, and nothing in the protocol needs a chain. The one place permanence helps is optional: the issuers' transparency log can write its checkpoint hash to a public witness. Solana is the first one I plan to build. It's specified and tested, not live. Whether to add a second, post-quantum-ready witness is an open question, and I'd like to discuss where permanence makes sense. @SolanaFndn
What I need: reviewers (cryptography, protocol design, robotics safety, space comms) and one second implementer who doesn't share my assumptions. 533 shared test vectors define the behavior, and the Rust, JavaScript and Python implementations pass every one that applies to them. Precog has run as an open source parimutuel on Solana since February 2026. RPM, the ratcheting parimutuel market, ships as a separate program alongside it, an open mechanism in the parimutuel market maker (PMM) class recently named by @meleemarkets. Check them out and read their litepaper.

I just open-sourced an entire stack for building trustless prediction markets on Solana.
No backend. No database. No user accounts. No API layer.
Precog Markets is a local-first prediction market platform where everything lives either on-chain or in the user's browser. The Solana program handles all fund custody, market lifecycle, and payouts. The client app talks directly to the blockchain through the user's own wallet. Nothing in between.

Why open source all three layers?
Because prediction markets shouldn't depend on a company's servers staying online. If our website disappears tomorrow, every market, every position, every dollar is still on-chain and recoverable. Anyone can fork the app, deploy the program, and run their own platform.
That's not a tagline. That's the architecture.
